“It was all about the 3 young women at the 59th street Columbus circle underground mall. I could smell the bath bombs from the open door, I was not going to walk in because it wasn't in my budget but it seemed welcoming enough to window shop/ aromatic experience without actually buying on this visit. Like I told the young and energetic and enthusiastic woman I only splurge on lush about twice a year, but she was friendly but not pushy so I decided to go with cheep cheep the bath bomb, and had her throw in a treat of a small piece of karma soap which im enjoying. The other young woman laughed at my how cheap cheap I am which made me smile. I plan on going to this location on my birthday in June. So the bath bomb chick was a bright pretty yellow which I loved but I expected way too much from the mentioned pop rocks in it, I would have really enjoyed more popping and crackling it was more of a consistent fizz, didn't feel like poprocks at all.”

“I recently received the Lush Deep Sleep Magnesium Massage Bar as a gift. I loved it so much that I wanted to share with others as a gift. Purchased 3…. Unfortunately these will not be given as gifts. The oval tin my gift came in was not included with the 3 gifts I had purchased. What an incomplete package… $14.00 and just a plastic wrapping but yet needs to be stored in a tin between uses. I suppose I shouldn’t have assumed it would be included. I’m very disappointed and now rushing around to find 3 complete gifts to give to my loved ones.”

“I absolutely love lush cosmetics, they are becoming more and more affordable, the price inflation is around to this world in 2 year my absolute favourite hair conditioner, candy rain 250g has gone from £12 which is fairly expensive anyway to £18, what used to be my monthly treat has now become something I only do on special occasions, and I know everything is natural and hand made it takes time and money, but it’s just greediness now.”

“After waiting 11 days for the shipment to arrive, the birthday girl reported that the lush bombs arrived in a cardboard box, with the bombs thrown in with a bunch of peanuts. Granted the bombs are wonderful however the presentation is so lacking, that I will never buy on line again. The bath bombs were not wrapped, so the recipient has to put them into individual baggies. Disappointment in their marketing as this is an area that needs to be rectified. Pitiful!”

“I've just recently ordered many soaps to gift. I have to also say that I haven't ordered from Lush in quite awhile (2 years) all the soaps came in the box stuck together since I just found out that Lush does not wrap their bars of soap. so it was a sticky soft mess. How did they think this was a good idea. I cannot gift them any longer and was told to bring them to my nearest Lush store so maybe someone can wrap these. How did someone think this was a good idea? Especially in gifting season. This was such a bad experience that it left a very bad taste in my mouth. Don't get me wrong I understand the reason ( waste ) but the buying experience is not good anymore. What was once a unique shopping experience is now not worth it for me, it has cheapen the experience and I will no longer be shopping there again. Also things are not as they use to be. they hardly smell the same and all their prices are much higher imo. It was a very expensive lesson because I got many soaps. This company's a Nope for me.”
