“The team was great with excellent follow up on spoke length requirements i ordered. Everything I wanted was there. As below there is a catalogue issue when I ordered rim tape as it didn't differentiate between 20" and 24". Follow up corrective service was fast and efficient.”

Hey Warren, Sorry about the mix up with the rim strips! It looks like someone has jumped in and fixed the listing so each variant is showing 20 inch and 24 inch. I'd be happy to just send out a set Express tomorrow for you in the 20 inch? Or something else similar value if you've already sorted other rim strips out? I've just setup an order to lock a set of the 20 inch strips aside, once you let us know you're keen on them we'll trigger it to go out the door Express to you! “Really really helpful with my mum-with-no-clue-whatsoever questions. Didn’t try to sell me an expensive bike even though I would have believed them if I had been told that’s what we needed! My order was dispatched quickly and came in perfect condition. A complete hit with the birthday boy and a few weeks in the bike is going great. Everyone I dealt with was so lovely. I would purchase from here again and definitely recommend to a friend!”
