“ I love Luxie Beauty Brushes but I've placed a order with them a lil over a month ago my package arrived with some missing items I reached out to their customer service team and via email (and sent pics with email ect) they responded n had to send them the number of each brush I was missing so I did and I've heard nothing since then and at the beginning they're telling me they will send me replacements fir my missing items n ect no problem well I've done everything on my part they've asked me to so I'm not understanding why I haven't been sent my replacements bc I've paid for them so I'm confused tremendously ”
