“Order was delivered November 2023 . 2 payments taken in November 2023 1 l was aware of the 2nd I didn’t see it go out of my account. Another payment went out December and January when l noticed the January one l contacted them demanded for my money back and a stop of those charges and they can not give me a refund which l just left and I requested to cancel the subscription going forward and they told me that the subscription was told it will be terminated and it will end in February from there no payments will be taken, this information was given to me in January and now April they just tried to scam me another subscription money. DO NOT USE THEIR MEMBERSHIP OPTION ❗️❗️fraudsters”

“Items (2 x glass bottles of foundation) packed in only a flimsy jiffy bag, despite P&P being £4.95. One of the them had not surprisingly shattered in transit. On opening, I cut my finger and got foundation all over my jumper and jeans. Totally ruined. What is most shocking is that Luxplus customer 'service' refused to take responsibility. They refunded me for the one bottle, but told me to claim 'through my insurance' for my ruined clothes. All other companies I have ever dealt with send bottles in sturdy cardboard boxes. Will never touch this company again. LUXPLUS - READ THE REVIEWS. YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT HAPPY!”
