“Customer service from Luxury Escapes is top notch! Danielle P has been a huge help with my queries about a Kota Kinabalu booking - she’s been super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I also really appreciate the 7 day change of mind policy - makes a big difference.”

“My daughter had a big issue while travelling to Bali.. I contacted LE and spoke with Will who was so helpful , supportive and helped us so much.. he then was off duty so passed our case onto Vynka who was so dam helpful empathetic and amazing, following up and making things happen and better for the health of my daughter.. I cannot thank Will and Vynka enough I am forever grateful to you both LE are very lucky to have you both in their team..”

“I accidentally double booked an escape & Mikayla listened to what I had to say & cancelled one of the escapes as requested. A very pleasant experience as I was a bit apprehensive about losing my money”

“I have had the most wonderful experience with Luxury Escapes, I had booked the Pullman Melbourne ages ago for the end of this month..then I broke my ankle, despite not technically allowed to move my booking Vynka and the team worked with Pullman on the Park to make it happen at a later date. Cant thank you guys enough. I now look forward to taking advantage of the Park in June”

“I had created a few challenges by booking via my mobile which inadvertently picked up my apple id not my luxury escapes account. Vynka was the final agent to manage the cancellation and refund. The other team members also played a critical role in securing alternative dates when that was one of my options. Very patient and a desire to fix the problem.”

“Luxury escapes is amazing every time we have a question or a change they are so nice and do it all for us. This consultant Danielle was efficient, friendly and so helpful. She took charge of it all; she made contact with us through out letting us know what was happening . We felt secure in her help and all the worry was taken off us. The consultants that you have really make the difference when organizing or changing details in your booking. A true no hassle experience”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Eric H from Luxury Escapes, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. Eric helped me to move the dates of my boss's stay at the Sofitel Dubai, and he did so with such professionalism, efficiency, and care. “Very helpful and quick to respond. I was only enquiring about whether or not I had a balance to pay however Danielle went one step further and told me that my transfers were yet to be arranged and that she would contact the hotel on my behalf to get things started. Great work”
