“The deals are really affordable and locations beautiful! But my golden experience was dealing with a wonderful sales rep, Natasha K. She was polite, knowledgeable and went out of her way to help facilitate my needs. If all the sales reps are like Natasha, I would highly recommend people use Luxury Escapes!”

“Kam was very helpful ,his communication was wonderful . He was able to secure our dates for our Bali stay at the Pullman. He organised our pick ups and drop off times with the hotel. A big thank you we are heading off for our holiday this weekend . great customer service Kam”

“I received excellent service from Eric H. He went above beyond to help us out. Sorting a cancellation and credit so we could rebook. Eric rang at 7.45pm the day of the enquiry to confirm he had sorted everything. Thanks Eric”

“Bella assisted me with my request for refund as their was an error on the dates of the experience promotion. She was friendly helpful and professional. An asset to your company! “I have used luxury escapes a few times in the past and they have been wonderful. My partner and I recently just booked our next trip in July to Thailand. I have had the pleasure to be helped by Bella M. She has been very helpful with possibly upgrade options as well as contacting our hotel regarding special requests. She has been very prompt with replies and communicating clearly. Highly recommend!”

“Bella M saved the day. After beginning to think the whole process of booking a holiday with Luxury Escapes was a nightmare as I was constantly having to phone through with requests for confirmation of my bookings and getting said e-mails from personal accounts as nothing was reaching me. Bella upon my last request to get confirmation of our insurance discovered that our e-mail had been entered incorrectly. Well done her. All staff that I spoke with were excellent but only Bella sorted the problem.”
