Also, their returns conditions are ludicrous, you can't have opened a box before returning it, must return within 14 days.

Recently had to request a refund and cancel an order for reasons outside their control, and they were extremely accomodating and didn't make a fuss. Genuinely really impressed with the customer service I've received so far and they seem like a very good company to deal with. Hope to shop again in the future.

We had to change our order before it was delivered when it became apparent that we would only be able to put wood down in part of our rebuild: it was no problem to change, the refund was very quick and there was trouble at all.

The flooring I ordered was out of stock, I only found out once id placed and paid for my order. I was offered a refund but decided to wait unfortunately after 4 weeks it arrived damed but was replaced within a week. Communication was great and the easiest company by far to arrange a replacement with.

I had a damaged pack of flooring delivered and sent over some photos then phoned Luxury Flooring to report it, Leah answered the phone and said she had just seen my email and was dealing with this and has arranged for a replacement pack to be sent out straight away, As it if a Friday of a bank holiday weekend she apologized that I wouldn't get my delivery until Tuesday and wished me a good weekend, Very polite and very helpful, i will definitely recommend Luxury Flooring to others with a very prompt aftersales service.

Good product & all round service. Required some after service assistance & the response from Leah B was exemplary. Very quick response, great understanding of the situation & was resolved very quickly would certainly use again.
