For some reason my Lyca sim card won't let me call any landline numbers šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø they simply aren't recognised.. after reporting the issue and it working for 24 hours I'm now back with the same problem! I wish it seemed or felt as if anyone working in the far away call centre cared or gave a damn..? 10 minutes waiting to speak to someone, for a man to shout down the phone "sorry we very busy call back in 10 minutes" and then hang up! The dealings with this company can only be compared to many monte python sketches šŸ˜‚ Can't wait to attempt to try and cancel this nightmare as others have ... šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø But, you get what you pay for - I am totally to blame for trying to save money. šŸ™‚šŸ‘ keep smiling people

Itā€™s the worst mobile network ever, bad customer service, not able to resolve any issue, so disrespectful, crooks, wonā€™t provide you with any information to port your number. They are just scammers.

Worst customer service and backend operations, donā€™t be scammed by their price. Once you enter itā€™s very hard to cancel the service and auto renewal. I have been charged for past 4 months for inactive service and nothing helps

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Messed up the port in date from EE even after confirming it. Left me with a bill for Ā£190. Now double charging me for one line for 3 months...don't respond to emails, however have found out they are signed up to CEDR...complain to them...they should be shut down bunch of absolute crooks

Terrible service I topped up to my Lyca account as advised by text. They ignored this and tried to take the money from my bank. I then topped up Ā£10 that they eroded at Ā£1 per 5mb. I then tried to buy a new Ā£5 package that has never been activated. I have emailed 2 times that too 4 days for a response asking for details in the original emails. X chat just pumps a corporate line, never bothering to read the messages I send them Karthick is hopeless. I would avoid this company. 07440029731

Can't receive texts on new SIM after porting over my number. Now they refuse to give me my PAC code, enforcing me to wait two weeks. This means I have no access to my banking apps or WhatsApp as the phone cannot receive registration/OTP calls/texts. Shocking customer service, cut off several times and wasted hours already on them. DO NOT JOIN! I recommend SMARTY if you want a cheap network with decent customer service. Regret leaving them so much! (Only did it for the eSIM). Now Lyca won't let me leave and it's actually having a big effect on my life as I can't access certain apps e.g. my money abroad, crypto wallet, WhatsApp etc. Nightmare!

Basically, since Wednesday the 6th of March, I noticed that I wasnā€™t receiving any messages except from Lyca, I asked my friends to call me, the phone number was working but the messages werenā€™t coming through. I thought initially the problem was from Apple, so I contacted them, but when I was giving them the information to sort out the problem, I noticed the phone number registered on my phone settings was the original phone number from the SIM card. I thought that was strange and tried to contact Lyca chat online. Being a computer couldnā€™t help me so the next day I tried to call customer services, the phone would ring, and I would be waiting to speak to someone, and the call would be disconnected, this happened at least 4/5 times. I tried to contact them through X email and Instagram, and they would take hours to respond, and then when they would respond they wouldnā€™t help, they would just ask for extra information. Then Thursday afternoon, I noticed all the sudden, that my phone number disappeared, and I didnā€™t have any network. I called EE as they are the carrier and they said they couldnā€™t do anything, to contact Lyca. So, I had to wait for Friday to call them as I didnā€™t have an active phone and had to ask somebody to lend me a phone. Due to this situation I had to cancel my work on Thursday. On Friday I called the customer services, the first lady that picked up, was very rude kept telling them to just send an email because there wasnā€™t anything she could do. The second guy was much nicer and heard my situation and tried to gather information to send to technical support. The weekend passed, and today I received the following message from Lyca saying: "We are sorry to know you would like to reactivate your number. Furthermore, to your email, we have checked with our logs and found that your ICCID has been expired due to no usage (no chargeable activity) on the number for more than 90 days and 30 days extra; altogether, we have given you 120 days to retain your number as per the Terms and Conditions, and the ICCID has been recycled" First the company haven't gave me anything, because accordingly to the same policy you have to notify the client either by text or email about the inactivity and pendent deactivation of the SIM card. Secondly, it says "We automatically deactivate SIM cards if you do not use them to make a call, send a text or top up for more than 180 days" under you site. So again, not 120 days but 180 days. Thirdly, how could I access mylyca mobile account and see my plan active and see data being used, and you guys don't see it. Finally and more important you guys say you cancel the SIM card if we don't make calls or text or top-up. Sure, I didn't do top-ups, but I made calls and I have proof on my phone, I also have friends with proofs from their phones that i made calls, last February. What annoys me the most is the audacity of this company, either by X, by instagram, by email, by phone to not take accountability for THEIR mistake! I don't know what happened with your system but that cost my phone number and now I have to buy a SIM wait for it to come and change everywhere, banks clients that are trying to contact me! This is not okay, and until I have a refund for the three months that supposedly I didn't use my phone and a proper apology believe me, I will make a formal complaint through the proper channels!

Very rude customer service assistant on chat. Four times cut me off. Kept asking me the same questions even though I had replied five times. Failed to reply to eight emails. Failed to deal with two further problems. Can't get mobile connection in many places. Very, very poor service.

I had very bad day today since morning with Lycamobile , because I have accidentally deleted my Esim and I couldnā€™t installb it again using the barcode I got it by email as it was saying the barcode has expired. I contacted the customer service through chat in app but looks like they hate servicing people through there , 3 times they rejected me šŸ˜”. later on, I bought another Esim from LycaMobile and contacted them , people who was responding were horrible and closed the phone in my face again 3 times especially females customers service , I was very very Frustrated as my main number is not working and I have Disability, and the customer service through the phone DO NOT want to collaborate or help, I havenā€™t had such horrible customer service here like this in the UK before. Till this guy who called Subash , who sorted out my issue in a minute . I really would like you to thanks Subash 100 timrs today ans give him 100 star, and -0 to other LycaMobile. This issue will not saty here I am in contact with citizens advice to get corrected legal advice and help for the damages they did it to me .

I asked Lyca to cancel my Auto Renewal but without success. I tried *190# as per the website but that doesn't work. On 'Live' chat they took all the details and asked them to cancel auto renewal but they cut me off. Second time same process said they would get back office to get back to me within 10 hours. Next day same process 'Live Chat' etc. etc. and still refused to cancel and said I had to get back to them in 24 hours. So I am still waiting. They are simply a dreadful company. They want to make it as difficult as possible for customers to leave. I have sent the details to Ofcom and they can look into it. They are simply NOT OFFERING A SERVICE. Customer service 1.5 !!!! that says it all.

Awful customer service. I have been charged for the wrong plan, and after one month of sistematically writing to and calling the customer service, I did always receive useless answers and no one really cared about my problem. The worst phone company I ever had to deal with. Stay far away from that.

Absolutely terrible service. Took nearly 4 days for them to Port over my old number and when it was finally ported over my number was unrecognised to people trying to call me. Customer support told me that this would be a further 48 hour before resolution. Would never recommend this service unless you want to be off grid for ages!

The worst service that I have ever received , don't go with this service , opt for other service providers , they don't have managers to pick up the call backs, the advisors won't give proper information , they will inform us that they are transferring the call to managers and the call would be on line for 15-20 mins and automatically the calls gets disconnected the worst service ever !
