As it turns out this was not a new card/phone number but a very recently used one. The previous owner scammed his "friends" and they are trying to contact him by phone. That is my new phone number!! Several months pass communicating back and forth with amongst others Lavanya Janakiraman, Complaints Handler (!!!) resulting in accusations of me being a liar (I can prove my accusations!). There is no compensation from Lycamobile for wrongdoing and/or taking responsibility for fraudulent actions. The suggestions I got were "Don't answer incoming calls (from angry scammed people" or "buy a new (lycamobile) sim card" (Get ripped off twice!). Question: What do you expect us, the customers, to do in such a situation? I do NOT recommend Lycamobile to anyone. You do not get what you pay for, awfully bad customer service and on top of that, I accused them of being a fraudulent company and they didn't even disagree with me! w.h.atisso@hilarious

I pay 15 paund bundle they send me SIM cart then I transfer my old lyca to new lyca SIM and they cancelled my bundle no happy customer

i got M bundle with huge call minutes, why money is deducted from my account not my M bundle allowance. When I diail 321 I get answer nil balance. please explain why?
