This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Messed up the port in date from EE even after confirming it. Left me with a bill for £190. Now double charging me for one line for 3 months...don't respond to emails, however have found out they are signed up to CEDR...complain to them...they should be shut down bunch of absolute crooks

Very rude customer service assistant on chat. Four times cut me off. Kept asking me the same questions even though I had replied five times. Failed to reply to eight emails. Failed to deal with two further problems. Can't get mobile connection in many places. Very, very poor service.

Lyca mobile has the worst customer service ever. I have tried multiple ways, the phone call never gets connected, the agent on chat never gave you time to type, whenever you typed a bit longer text, they lose patience and exit the chat quickly. when sending email to ask for solution, they either gave unrelated answer or answer with my questions. also, their verification process is horrible, anything mismatch, they won't talk to you anymore, they don't have any other options for verification, it is always asking the same questions, so if you forgot something, you are stuck forever and no other way to get verified.

Poor customer experience. I am a customer of lycamobile for almost 6 years. I topped up my sim online with 10 pounds never received the credit on my sim. Now the customer support is asking me 100 questions about pin nr and other detais I don't know to investigate my issue. You are my support and should know my sim details. I sent you a screenshot with the payment transaction details that should be more than enough to investigate my account and proceed with my refund.

I provide all the documents what they need but it's more the a month happening I am still waiting for confirmation of blacklisting and sim card suspension latter.no any help form customer service no response from email very horrible network

Horrible company. They refused to work with me to help me leave. The customer service was terrible. They literally refused to give me my account number, which I needed to transfer to another service. My calls kept dropping in the middle of the conversation. Avoid this company at all costs.

Worst Customer services, I just join LycaMobile and I followed all the steps to activate their bundle offer for joining to LycaMobile. After I did all the steps, I waited for bundle to activate. After hours of waiting I contacted customer service and told me to wait two more hours, again called them after more than two hours to tell me to wait another two hours. After half of day waiting I called again, this time I was told that I had to put credit and text ‘PORT IN ‘ before everything else. That is impossible to add credit when I am with different carrier. I gave up and I looked to activate different bundle with my £10 credit l, wich I topped up online. After I activated a £10 bundle with 15gb data, I only received 7gb. I quickly called again customer services. When I asked why I only received 7 gun, I was told that I activated the bundle offline. I asked where are this informations about this, he said it is small Written on website. I read and said only if I do it instore Will get only 7gb and they cannot help me. I topped up online and activated also online, at HOME, not INSTORE. I asked straightaway to cancel the bundle. They told me it will be cancelled within 2 hours. Again after 2 hours I called again to wait another two hours. From the beginning I stopped data from my phone. No one mb was used. After two days I received a text: they were unable to cancel the bundle after 2 days because I used data. With data switched off for 3 days and don’t know how this it was possible. I am not happy with LycaMobile services! I will never recommend to anyone and I will ask for PAC number to move.

Horrible company, horrible service, unresponsive customer support. They're just looking for ways to scam you for your money. Terms of services are unclear and it is horribly difficult to navigate the website. If you have any alternative at all run away from Luca!!!

Stay AWAY ! stay away ... Where do I begin: 1. You wont be able to text short numbers, you can receive texts from short numbers, but if you try to send a *stop* message - it won't work. 2. They most likely paying lowest possible prices for NOT enough frequencies, the coverage absolute garbage, even moving along my street I loose connection. 3. If there is a disaster or higher volume of calls in the area you can forget about YOUR service, it wont have any bandwidth left for Lycamobile. 4. Customer service absolute trash, they repeat your question after you, however, they may not even comprehend what you asking, at least I spend countless hours with no results on multiple issues, oh my bad, i was told that i can not text *PREMIUM* numbers, that be short numbers as we call it. They would open a ticket for you , spam your email and text inbox, but that is IT !!!! there no resolution.. 5. in one days : 5 customer service agent gave ( made up ? ) 5 different answers to ONE same question... you would wonder if that is even possible, yeah, try lyca - you will be amused... 6. IT WAS CHEAP !!! OMG they got me on that one - my loss. if you still reading this and not convinced, Good luck !

I purchased a pre paid SIM card that was supposedly to be on offer 25 GB , unlimited calls and text for 90 days for the cost of £12 pounds from £25 . I bought the simcard on Friday the 20th , the website tricked me with the msg that payment was declined I needed to try again, I didn't try instead I checked my online banking and saw that payment was authorized. I called Lyca customer service and they apologized about the error and issue me with PIN that was supposed to use to activate the simcard . The SIM card arrived on Christmas Eve , I tried to activate it it declined due to technical errors, I waited for Christmas day to pass, then I called customer service on boxing day, After holding the line for several minutes she told me she can't resolve my issue because the sim card was on offer so I need to email them my complaints. I emailed them since 10am, until now 8pm no reply and the simcard is still not activated. I have tried to call again customer care but the msg I get when I call them is my ticket is closed, which means the issue has been resolved but it not true. I have never used Lyca before I was tempted to try this offer but I think they are day light robbers. I will deal with them accordingly. Won't recommend this to my enemies let alone family and friends

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is useless. I tried to solve my problem with the autorenewal of the plan from January 2024 - three months and I was calling them over 20 times - because you won't get any information from them. I wrote to Customer Service, I wrote to complain and nothing at all, completely detached from reality. All I hear is 24 hours will be solved, 24 hours, 24 hours. They will say that a supervisor or manager will call you back within one hour. No one has ever called back from them. And they lie so often that they get lost in these lies, I have proven this to them many times. AVOID LYCAMOBILE LIKE THE PLAGUE. If you want a similar deal, choose Lebara. If you have any problem, it will be solved when you call them within 15 minutes, they will solve everything, and here it is in the third month from January, it's March and no results. Total paranoia, I WARN YOU - avoid LYCAMOBILE at all costs.

For some reason my Lyca sim card won't let me call any landline numbers 🤷‍♂️ they simply aren't recognised.. after reporting the issue and it working for 24 hours I'm now back with the same problem! I wish it seemed or felt as if anyone working in the far away call centre cared or gave a damn..? 10 minutes waiting to speak to someone, for a man to shout down the phone "sorry we very busy call back in 10 minutes" and then hang up! The dealings with this company can only be compared to many monte python sketches 😂 Can't wait to attempt to try and cancel this nightmare as others have ... 🤦‍♂️ But, you get what you pay for - I am totally to blame for trying to save money. 🙂👍 keep smiling people

Can't receive texts on new SIM after porting over my number. Now they refuse to give me my PAC code, enforcing me to wait two weeks. This means I have no access to my banking apps or WhatsApp as the phone cannot receive registration/OTP calls/texts. Shocking customer service, cut off several times and wasted hours already on them. DO NOT JOIN! I recommend SMARTY if you want a cheap network with decent customer service. Regret leaving them so much! (Only did it for the eSIM). Now Lyca won't let me leave and it's actually having a big effect on my life as I can't access certain apps e.g. my money abroad, crypto wallet, WhatsApp etc. Nightmare!

Absolutely terrible service. Took nearly 4 days for them to Port over my old number and when it was finally ported over my number was unrecognised to people trying to call me. Customer support told me that this would be a further 48 hour before resolution. Would never recommend this service unless you want to be off grid for ages!
