Cheap, but poor customer service, CS not UK based so communication can be an issue, only available 9-6 Mon-Sat. Unable to move an esim to a different phone as phone damaged - advised to buy another esim and they would transfer - OK then. Then advised transfer to take place in 1 hour - not done, advised it would take 4 hours, not done and closed... Next day advised raised as complaint and would be done, again not completed until 18:20, only 30 hours later than advised and no phone number in meantime.

I bought 2 SIM cards for my guests coming from another country. The process of buying the cards was rather simple, but then after the activation it turned out that I did not buy the thing that was advertised (the advertisement said bundle of 5GB + 5GB and some calls nationally), but just a plain SIM card, which means that after just a few hours the SIMs had to topped up. So I had to top up the cards several times. And after my guests left, they automatically charged me weekly. I had to call multiple times the Customer service and after I finally got them they (hopefully) made the payments to stop (I’ll see about that next week if I am being charged or not). So never again Lycamobile, not just because of these unclear terms of use and automatic renewals, but also because of the very complicated procedure to activate the SIMs where you have to be a next-level expert to set everything to work properly.

Customer service is terrible. After a 25-minute wait, the staff are useless, they always ask you to call back in 2 hours because the system is down. They escalated issues to the technical team, who days later sent me a text saying "Your problem is now solved, case closed, this was with no contact or support. The internet keeps cutting out, the signal dropping. A customer service advisor has put the phone down on me, I can safely say that I will be leaving them.

Although coverage was good, there pay as you go system is not explained effectively to costumers. I had a package with them. I did not chose auto renewal as I needed to pay more and was not certain I would need to use the services. I topped-up towards the end of the month of having the phone and they cut me out of the bundle - without notice, and put me on a non bundle package. The 10 pounds I paid to top up was lost matter of hours internet use was at its highest rate. I guess this is partly my fault for not scrutinise the deal in the first place but communication should be the top priority of a communication company right? Eventually in trying to get an answer the "dedicated customer service advisor" hung up on me.

Very patchy on/off service and coverage, and weak signal. Sitting on trains even in central London, everyone else doing stuff on their phones....mine? Zero bars and searching. Waste of money.

Connectivity has been an issue with about 30% of the calls having bad connections. Also, I received 4-5 solicitation calls every day so they seem to sell the numbers to aggressive telemarketers. Not worth the US$60 that I paid for 30 day SIM.

I have not had any problems with the phone/network service. however, their customer service is useless and cannot solve any problems. My phone is currently turned off although I paid for 4 months of services and should still have 3 months left. I contacted customer services and the agent is completely useless because all she can do it make a report. This is the second time I have paid in advanced and I am unable to use the services. I was told a supervisor will call me in an hour but it has been over 2 hours. I guess I will just continue leaving them negative reviews.

I am so happy to using Lyca Mobile to call International level. It is only plus point that's Why I give 2 star Other than that Internet is so slow or I will say it's never work. I have 5g phone but when I am using lycamobile I got only 2g or 3g with very slow net so I m very upset for that

They change the prices all the time and require subscribing to new tariff as previous expire. They don't pick up the phone so it's impossible to get through to cx service as the bundle was chargable but minutes were not applied. Also they have poor signal. Calls drop often so won't recommend to anyone.

I topped up for 10£. Activated 75 uk bundle and stayed with 2.5£ balance. I topped up again for 10 recived extra 5£ with but spent over 20ppm calling italy. What a shitty operator. They wrote that the itally calls are counted 9ppm but for 35 minutes calls to mobile line i paid 7.5£. Tottaly: 2 x 10£ topup + 5£ free -7.5£ bundle -7.5£ 30 mins call to itally 10£ ballance left It gives 10£ per 30 minutes for itally calls (30ppm). Is it cheap? Do not think so. I think thwy cheats on customers as me.
