“I recently purchased a sim card and a 20 euro pre paid plan thats gives 30gb data in Ireland. I have had good reception and no problems with the data for several days. I suspect some people have issues as they do not select the correct plan when setting up. When setting up I wasn't sure about settings and used the chat window. I was able to resolve the issue via chat.”

“this morning i talk to the helpline and customer services officer Raj talking to me nice innocent guy helped like friends and providing nice service to every customer with polite words because that nice service i like lyca and wil obviously recomend to my friends coz of providing customer satisfaction by lyca +447417591428 atted by Raj exactly 15 minutes before this comment”
