“Emailed them 3 times over a week and never had a response. Contacted them to cancel the order and request a refund and within 1/2 hour received an email to say my order had been shipped. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 0 OUT OF 10. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN”
“I've ordered several times, and on 3/13 I got a marketing email from Ma-Ka-Rohn stating, "This is your last chance to order for St. Patrick's Day"! So I ordered... and my order went into a black hole. Email requests for information invariably came back with a boilerplate explanation of how shipping works. Repeated followups got me... exactly the same no-response. This shouldn't be so difficult.”
