“We had a “glitch” in our order. The wonderful Granny Smith Apple Coffee Cake we ordered early for a Christmas gift wound up traveling the country like a vagabond. It was hiding under the bench in the back of the delivery truck. Like a Christmas story of the forgotten present on Christmas Day!
Well one phone call to customer service at Mackenzie Limited, and the search was on the way! With keen technological advantages, my customer service representative identified my package half a nation away-seeing the sites!
She immediately ordered a duplicate delicious coffee cake to be sent to the address originally chosen (my 92 year old aunt) and Truely it arrived just 3 days later IN time for Christmas!
Holiday Saved!!! Thank you Mackenzie Limited. And the wayward granny cake?
It too arrived a few days later. Let them all eat cake!!

“I was very disappointed in the broccoli and cheese casserole. First of all I paid $50 for it. The container was cracked and the liquid ran everywhere. Your timing on the "from frozen" which I did was way off and I later realized you only had about 15 minutes difference in baking from the "from thawed". That's not even possible. It would take a lot longer than 15 minutes to thaw.”
“Salmon is great web site is terrible. Web site always glitches and adds extra units to your order when you go to check out. Have complained however no action. Beware. First time it happened it turned an order of one into two. I called immediately (ie inside of a minute) to request they restore it to one and was told they could not do anything. Terrible site and service”
