“Your online ordering service is defective. I’ve had trouble in the past. But this time I ordered three items, one for each of three friends. I received confirmation of only two orders, so I called and was told that only two orders had been confirmed. So then I went back online and ordered another item for the person whose order had not apparently gone through. In the end, however, this friend received both the first order, which officially did not exist, and the second order. Something is obviously not working here.”
