“Today I was overjoyed to receive my premium quality messenger bag in dark blue . The exceptional hand made quality is indescribable much superior to similar bags I've owned which lacked quality zips and buckles. My bag is as described with meticulous attention to detail. Which makes me the proud owner of a "Made in Tuscany leather bag .Its unique design and stitching is noticeable in comparison with similar hand made bags from Europe Delivery was on time. Well secured and packaged .The most exquisite soft leather bag I've ever owned Dr. Arthur Cassidy”

“The bag arrived in good time and was well packed. The quality of the bag is exceptional, much better than others that I had looked at. It is beautifully finished and I can well imagine that it will last for a very, very long time. The quality of the zips and the shoulder strap matches the rest of the bag. It may seem more expensive that some others, but in my opinion, it actually represents good value for money due to the quality. As you can guess, I highly recommend this bag!”

“A beautiful bag - very well made with excellent craftsmanship. The shipping took a little longer than expected (3 weeks to the U.S.,) but they kept me posted on its progress. I’m very happy with my purchase and their customer service and I would order from them again.”

“I have yet to receive a bag I purchased weeks ago and I have emailed the company several times to ask about it. The tracking number says delivered but the company sent an email a week after that saying they were looking into what happened to my bag. A week after that I got an email from them saying it had shipped. Nothing from them for the last 2 weeks or so. They say they are a small company and care about customer service. I haven’t seen that yet.”
