“I rated them very poor because l am yet to receive my order that l purchased since Aug 20th,till now,it's reading that it's delivered and uts never gets to me because l lived in a well secured apartment and l had a box to my flat that's well secured also,and my money has been deducted but yet to test the product uptill now.”

“I have used makari multi action for years, over 3 to be precise. I always bought from France directly but because of Brexit, I decided to buy from UK site but was still charge £25 shipping fee. The products sent were not up to standard at all, my face became strange to me due to very bad reactions from the face cream. The body cream darkened my skin and the serum was purely not what I used to know. The worst part is that I made a complaint about this but no response whatsoever from makari! I have totally lost faith in this brand, not worth it at all. Very poor customer service as well!”

“I requested a refund or exchange and no response since I doubt I’m going to give you guys any good reviews I got this set NATURALLE CAROTONIC EXTREME GIFT SET AND THE GLYCERINE The face serum and creme give me rushes and I breakout badly The lotion and oil make me dark I need to exchange to something stronger or a refund”

“I took time to read all the reviews and the description of the product but unfortunately it didn't work for me. after 10 days of using it I had a lot of acne and my skin was bad. I bought the gift set of carrot and normally I was using carrot but from another brand and it was very good on me the problem I had with it is that it was not easy to get it here so i said let me try this one and the results was awful everyone is asking me what happened to me.”

“J'ai commandé mes produits chez vous pendant un an ,aucun bon résultat,le service clientèle nul ,vous n arrivez même pas à satisfaire vos clients, vos produits sont chères pour rien ,en plus de ça je payais des frais de transport très cher tous ça pour ne pas être satisfaite”
