“This company is a SCAM! BEWARE!! If you need to return or exchange your product they will SCAM you out of your money!!! I bought a trio bracelet for my husband for Christmas. It fit too large so I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. They sent me the return label and I sent back the bracelets in the original box I had received them. After many weeks of emails back and forth asking about the status of my exchange, the customer service rep named MILOS, informed me that I had sent them an EMPTY BOX!! I responded requesting to please investigate further, as I most definitely had NOT sent an empty box back. MILOS never responded to my emails again. So now I am out of the bracelets AND my money. They are SCAMMERS, please do not buy from this CROOKED company!!”
“THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! Do NOT BUY FRON THIS COMPANY!! After reading all the negative reviews, I realize I also fell victim to their scam. I wanted to exchange bracelets I got for my husband for a smaller size. After weeks and weeks of emails back and forth, I received an email saying that the box I had sent was empty!! How ludicrous that anyone would send back an empty box for an exchange!! SCAMMERS!!! You should be ASHAMED!!!!!”
“I really wish I saw this site and these reviews before I order from them. Received a bracelet, it seemed okay at first but after awhile really didn't sit well on my wrist and started to turn, requested a return authorization, forget about that. They never call you back, they never contact you and there is no telephone number to try and contact them. I emailed them numerous times and the only thing I ever received are more emails from them asking me to buy more of their tacky ass jewelry. People say there are scam, they must be. I should have known from the beginning when there was no number to contact his company”
“i ordered jewelry for $140 online. i received the product and was unhappy with the quality. i contacted them by email and they offered a return with a return label. i packaged the order up exactly as it came to me. i shipped it back and sent a follow up email a few days later. they said they received the items and were inspecting them. i didnt hear back so i followed up. they said they werent going to refund the money because the items had to be disposed. i emailed them saying that did not make sense because they were never worn. they then said they never received the items so they couldnt process a return. so now I have no product, am still out the $140. the tracking information shows it was delivered to them. there is no phone number to call and when i tried to leave a review on their website, it goes to the business to approve so i doubt it will ever be posted.”
“Total copycat website from Anil Arjandas. Everything is shipped from China and the bracelets fade after a week. The reviews on their website are fake and ripped straight out of AliExpress where they get the products from. Don’t fall for this scam.”
