“The staff are always so helpful and always smiling,if you can't get the item your looking for,they will try and get you something the same for you.I just love shopping there as they've got good quality clothes etc.Lovely variety of colours and designs,even their bedding and household goods are of great quality and styles,the prices are great as well.”

“I find the Alnwick staff very helpful and friendly. They get to know their customers and what suits them. I also find there is a good selection of stylish clothes in a wide range of sizes, from petite to plus size. There are also many offers in store and online. They also have a loyalty scheme where you earn points towards loyalty vouchers.”

“I bought several items from them last week at bargain prices, received excellent customer service, so I joined their Loyalty scheme. they did not have an item available in my size but ordered it in,m and I received it three days later. Well done M&Co.”

“Every time I go into the shop, I KNOW that I WON'T be seen as "somebody who just wastes time". They really do seem to genuinely LIKE me. And I DO buy almost all my clothes there. Not just clothes, but also hats and shoes...I have a MandCo card, so I do get very good value for the money I spend there. It's almost like a home-from-home!”

“Disappointed with M&Co current clothing styles. Used to always see lots of things to buy but not lately. Also their online website is not as user friendly as it was. I was not offered the click & Collect option so didn’t complete my order. Lost revenue for M&Co. Feel like I have lost a really good store. Sad”

“I like this shop as its garments are good quality. In all honesty alot of it isn't my style but when I see something that catches my eye I absolutely love it!! Bought two items lately and are my favourite pieces . Staff are friendly and returns are easy and straightforward. I recommend you take a look inside”

“2 Skirts bought delivered to the shop .one skirt arrived so had to phone about the other one, that arrived 2 days later. Both skirt are fine and not in the local shop. Seemed easy to return if l didn't like them, but am keeping both. Will shop on line with M& Co again, especially in the sales.”

“Purchased two tunics today, beautiful subtle colours, hjgh quality fabric, very flattering fit. Incredibly low price and service in the store (Pershore) was amazing. I thought they had an excellent range of styles and was very impressed. I will definately be back.”

“I ordered a dress from you Friday 21st Feb. On Tues 25th Feb I had a message from you to say the parcel was on way to courier. This was at 23.17. Still has not reached the courier. My tracking number is 9628533760456976. Would you please look into this for me. Many thanks”

“I have bought many satisfactory items in the past but must complain about the jumpers and cardigans I have bought in the past year. The amount of pilling is enormous and the garments soon lose their shape and look like bits of rag after a couple o washes. Never again!”
