“Never buy anything from mango outlet. In order to make a return you have to send it yourself via usps. It cost me $39.30 to send clothes back that didn’t fit. The biggest scam ever.”
“Their return policy is very confusing and misleading. I didn't know the return fee was on me until I saw the return label in my package said NOT PREPAID. The website says nothing about it, only in the case of losing the return label, they will not cover the return fees. That's very misleading. The truth is you need to pay for your return no matter what. How about making a clear statement about that on your return policy instead of misleading the customers?!”
“The outlet lost my return, that I had to pay for out of my own pocket - then refused to honour the return and eventually stopped replying to my emails. Also, all the items in the store are there for a reason. Avoid, they're practically a scam.”

“I placed an online order at Mango Outlet on 03/May and I realize that my address was wrong. On 07/May I have contacted the customer service to request the correction and they said that they could do anything because the order was shipped. I can not understand why they can not contact the transport service knewing that the order couldn't be delivered. Of course that the order was not delivered and they said that they couldn't contact the transport service. We are on 15/June and I didn't receive the order or my money back (115 euros). I tried several times (first one on 07/May) to contact the customer service without sucess. The worse customer service experience I had.”

“The sizes didn't match the description or the guides on their website and the return fee was 20euros and takes a lot of time to do it. The procedure of returning is difficult, because you need to give their phone number or address and on thei so called "returning papers" they don't give such information and you have to search for that on the internet by yourself. Never going to order from them again.”

“I placed an order on Mango Outlet and the following day, the items I purchased were selling for much cheaper. I called for a price adjustment and I was told they didn't do that for outlet purchases. I told the agent that I would be repurchasing the items and returning the first order. At no point did he inform me that they do not cover return shipping or provide return labels. Their website CLEARLY states that they do provide return labels for outlet orders. When I receive the first order, there is no label included in the box and when I called the customer service line, I got a message saying that no label will be provided. I will NEVER shop Mango Outlet ever again and you shouldn't either.”
“Trench coat was huge and very stiff and unflattering. I ordered by measurements. ( I am 5'5" and model is xs and 5'11'' ) You have to pay for returns which cost me $23 and a trip to the post office. I will never order from them again.”
