“We approached Milton and his team after our mortgage application was declined last year. Before contacting Mariannafs we had spoken to a few different advisors and did not recieve the help/advice we needed so at this point we were very anxious. From my very first contact with Milton I felt much better. He was very professional, realistic and informative. He kept us updated at every step, guided us throughtout the whole process and made it stress free for us. He was so responsive, very quick to reply back to all my questions. Overall, Milton and his team are fantastic, I cannot thank them enough for thier hard work and dedication! I wish I had gone to them sooner! I highly recommend them! Thank you so much Milton and team!”
