“I took my chance with marketrip and was sadly let down. Oscar my so called account manager is a total waste of time as he did nothing he said he would. He pretended to be on holiday when my texts went unanswered. I asked for a refund just four days after I deposited the money and was fed a pack of lies. To this day Oscar fills me with rubbish but I’ve had enough. I’ve uploaded my thread of texts with Oscar and my last text to them has some predictive spell errors. Never revived a refund and some responses took the ages so some of your questions are not valid to me.”

So they were asking me more money and big amount. The conversation was more than 1 hour. Still pushing me to invest more money. My answer was no and they get very abusive they don't want to hear No. When I refused well the account manager told me because he waisted time with me over the phone so it was 1 hour talking and he was going to charge me 250 pound for this call. So I won't get my money back. I said what? 1 hour talking 250 pound? Because I refused to invest big money. I said again let me try to trade with small to see the profit. Honestly I did not trade at all. They won't help you. Money stuct on the platform they are the one who is making money from your money. I tried to withdraw my money from the platform, I have received an email saying account close.
I call them luckily they answer me I asked my money back they said yes I will get my money back but you need to provide 3 month bank statement, passport, utility bill . Photo of my bank card front and back it was too much for me.
I felt very down very stressful, I don't know what to do and I did not want to give them my personal details because I don't know them and you never know what they were going to with your personal ID.
Finally I have contacted my bank I explain the situation immediately within two week I got my money back to my account. Thank god.
Please please please a request to the world from me never ever invest money to trade with any type of company they are all thief and Scammers. I am worry about vulnerable peaple please please please don't invest your money on trading.

“Think before you invest here. Reviews does say the things. The system is quite easy to use. But the customer service is very poor, even to say the account manager. They say they will look into your account and will invest by themselves. I was fooled twice by marketrip. Both times it was two different account managers . Both time lost all the money, with the Trading team having 15 years experience as they said to me. Which i don’t believe. They told me not to open too many time at one time but as the account manager opened 9 trades which all where in sell and where in minus, when the market was going up. I didn’t understand was if they are experienced traders how do they not know the market at least not all trades should be in selling.
It wasn’t a huge amount of money I lost but they make a fool out you by giving extra credit when you invest. Which looks like bonuses but this is actually is a tactics you to invest more and after two days they say you have less funds in your account and they say it better to invest more in thousands so that you can get more profits. Which you will never see. Luckily I didn’t invest more. But they guys was convincing me to invest more even when my profit was showing minus. He wasn’t clever enough, as I asked him just show me little profit to show confidence in you which never happened. This shows the experience of a trader.
When I wanted to close the account some department called me and they told me my account had less funds. I invested $750 Plus the amount they credited which was over$1100. Which is not a small amount to start. If they couldn’t make any profit how would you believe they would if you invented over 5000 or 10000. Which they where convincing me to do. Any way, I was asking them just to make a profit of $50 max a month from that $750 I invest which is a lot. As I have experience of trading from only from May 2020, as in lockdown I had nothing to do as my business was on furlough until it was open. I had two trading accounts still I made a profit of 80$ with a balance of 278$ but marketrip I thought they will manage and invest with my money, as I didnt had time from my business as it was opened in July after lockdown. But I was fool to give them a second chance when they had lost all my money initially, believing them was a mistake.
I had phone call from their team last week saying they will credit $375 when I explained the situation when I want to closed and I agreed saying I will look into my account my self then and I don’t want someone to invest with my account. The guy agreed as said will call again next day. I did give him a time to call me as I would be busy with my business but he called me on a different time and I missed the call and never tried to call me back. When I called the customer service and explain they whenever not help and said some will call back. One guy called me back within 5 minutes and wasn’t help and when I ask when will I get a credit of amount that was promised he was being rude and was blaming me not to looking into the account and was asking to invest more and when I said why should I invest more when you guys never made any profit, then shouted and slammed the phone while I was still on the phone on the other side. This is the customer service.
So I would say if you are a in-experience trader think before you invest.”

PLEASE do NOT use this company, simply put they do not trade, just take money and refuse to return it when asked.
My job was to call customers repeatedly, using fake names, saying “our record show you want to withdraw your funds. Can I ask why?”. The method is simple, keep calling, saying the same thing, and eventually the customer will give up. If they get angry then hang up and call again later with the same script.
I left as I could not do this to people, I felt terrible! I can only say sorry, but i needed the job.
Please contact your banks to retrieve your money, it is the only way!”
“This is absolutely a fraud one. I think those who wrote good opinion about this company are those people who leading the company and their relatives. I deposited €250 as an initial investment, thank god I only invested €250, and they wanted me to deposit more. But before that when I go through the reviews in google, I got a bad picture about them.so I didn't deposit any more and I tried to withdraw my money. They were asking to submit my ID's to verify my account and I submitted everything, however I couldn't withdraw a single penny. Whenever I mail them they replied me that your request is under review. After 3 months they started to charge € 100 as an inactivation account charge for each month. Now there is only €50 in my account, though I sent many emails to them that i want to close my account and withdraw the deposit. So beware about this company. I can say that this company is 100% fraud one from my personal experience”
“Reading the reviews it is like two different companies are being reviewed. And the more I think about it, that is possibly true.
I was guided to Marketrip by British Bitcoin Profits, and their rep told me I would be phoned by a broker within 24 hours, but warned me that I may get scam calls. I was given a password to ask of the caller.
When I turned on my phone the next day there had been 12 calls before lunchtime- all of them from numbers beginning 0203. (this number has occurred in negative reviews of Marketrip elsewhere). When they rang again I asked them for the password and they made one up. I let one of the calls run, and they tried to get me to open my account by investing more, even though I had already invested.
Then I found an e-mail from Adam, who had tried to contact me , but his call (0208 number) had been lost in the plethora of scam calls. We arranged for a time for him to call the next day.
He explained things very clearly and I went for the option where he would manage my trades.
I got a call from Chloe, who did the verification and called me back to say that some of my evidences were blurred (don't think a scammer would do that.)
Marketrip do not continually call you. I just got one more call from Adam to say that things were up and running.
Then, within an hour of my proofs of identity being verified 1000 euros went into my account.
Which leads me to wonder: have the people who have written negative reviews responded to the scam calls? God knows how they get your number and know that you have signed with Marketrip, but the negative experiences of repeated phone calls from 0203 numbers and the hard sell seem more in line with the scammers than with the actual company. So the lesson is- make sure you know who you are talking to.”

“Scammers. They took £100 a week for not trading. I tried yo withdraw some profit. NO CHANCE. I made over £1250 in profit. They then take over your account and lose it. When you want to close account, they charge a fee. They are harassing, e-mailing and phoning constantly. Then similar phone numbers phoning constantly saying they are scammers.
