Absolutely shocking and am so glad I have evidence of their warranty fraud. I brought a Fisher & Paykel 5 burner gas hob and it comes with a 5 year warranty - Due to their admin mess up while their online portal system showed my warranty expires in 2026 their other so called system showed it only had 2 years. (Even thought I have an email confirmation from the warranty team confirming expire date of 2026).. They advised me to call back today and surprisingly they have changed the online portal system to state my product warranty has now expired...

SO-1144469-20221130 Bought an expensive LG washer dryer during black Friday offer and when I rang up to reconfirm the order, their phone staff assured me delivery on Wednesday. However I got confusing emails yesterday about refund and delivery at the same time. Even text messages recieved about delivery around 8.07Am in the morning. Also they sent me email saying can not deliver and stock was not available in the warehouse. Really?? The same item has been listed for 250gbp more now. Customer service on the phone could not care much and had a worst experience. Funds still not received to paypal. So many negative reviews and feedback about their aftesales service. This is the 1st and will be the last time ever going to use this company.

Great product and a fantastic price with next day weekend delivery included. The high street shops, one very well known, may need to watch and learn. Second purchase from Marks Electrical and won’t be my last. Friendly professional service from the sales team to the delivery team, and a great online shop. Thanks again

Have ordered 2 tv in the last 6 years can’t fault the whole process from choosing on the web page to delivery Seamless. Customer service 11 out of 10,had a bit of trouble with the finance not being sent at there end , they quickly sort it that morning and delivery was the next day . Drivers very jolly and professional. Worked in retail 30 years dealing with customers , so I know how people should be treated 100% for this company

I purchased a Samsung Serif 50” from Marks Electric online. It was the best price, and they also provide an estimated deliver date before you add the product to your basket - this sealed the deal for me. Free next day delivery. The tv was delivered less than 24 hours later by two Marks Electric employees. I’m not one for leaving lengthy reviews but the service was well worth the acknowledgement. I would definitely recommend. Ta.

So easy to order and arrange delivery of my new fridge freezer. All the information and reviews helped me make my decision and the price was excellent with free delivery too. Communication was good too. On delivery day I was given a two hour window and it was well within that time and the two guys were very friendly and helpful. It couldn’t have been easier. Will definitely be back when I need a new appliance!

I really think Marks Electrical are fraudsters. We ordered a black Neff hob from them for £329 around two months ago. We are having our whole house renovated and did not open the hob till a couple of weeks ago for the templater to fit our worktop. When we did open it, we were so busy and distracted that we did not realise it was the wrong hob. We have a black Neff induction that we ordered from another site and only when we put them together did it click that 'hey, this is the wrong hob!'. We have rang and pleaded with Marks Electrical. The hob is still wrapped up in its plastic packaging but our tradespeople through the box away! Marks have told us that they can't do anything about this because it's over the 14 day cooling off period. However, we have received the incorrect item, and what's more, the hob we have received is £150 cheaper! They have told us they can't do anything and have told us to basically go away and take a 10% discount - which is nothing compared to the pain, hassle, time and money this is using of ours. We want to move into our new home with the correct items we bought and paid for! This is causing us a lot of anxiety and worry and Marks Electrical have been extremely unhelpful. We have photos of the hob and of the box and a video showing me speaking after the templater left, with the hob just showing on the side. We would have no reason to lie. All our appliances have a black glassy finish and now we have this random chrome hob that does not go with our kitchen! We are taking this case as far as we can, because it's actually fraudulent of Marks Electrical and the supplier.

Excellent service from start to finish, the price was massively reduced on both the fridge and cooker compared to the high street retailers, and the delivery was super quick, the delivery men Scott and Josh couldn't have been more helpful, doing a very professional job making sure the appliance's were in tip top condition, and placing them exactly where we wanted them, even taking the doors off the fridge to get them in our bungalow so that no damage was done, before putting them back on again. We would highly recommend Mark's Electrical to anyone, and they will be our first port of call when we require anything else,

Absolutely Fantastic Our Fridge Freezer broke down week before payday saw Clearpay was an option so used that and ordered that evening the following lunchtime two Awesome 70kg Samsung Fridge Freezer cost £558 but we paid £137 first payment with Clearpay rest over 4 weeks absolutely top class service friendly guys and excellent Customer Service Thank You so much really Saved Our Bacon 😁👍

Disgusting incompetent emperors new clothes company. The machine is not faulty though their technician claimed it was the following day because he was too lazy to check the waste pipe under the sink even though he did take a look... Today a real professional turned up and zoomed in on the source of the reason why the machine is not draining. The blanking plug had not been removed during installation. I require compensation and refund for the exhorbitant installation fee.

Great price, great communications, free delivery, prompt and exactly on time. The Samsung fridge freezer was top of the range and expected it to be pristine, other companies could not match the price, nor delivery for 4 weeks! Needed this before Christmas, it arrived early on 23rd in the pristine condition I expected it, our delivery guy took the packaging off and brought it safely in to position, it was rather large over 2m on the truck coming through the house. We were texted and phoned to be kept informed of delivery, we took a chance on Marks Electrical as we are nearer London than Leicester, but have been totally happy so far, now it's up to the fridge freezer to perform too... Thanks to their driver too, he did a great job!
