“They had a 25% sale on Christmas items and clothes which I took advantage of. As a pensioner it was a bonus to save money to put towards other items for my Grandchildren. Thank you Matalan......”

“Went into shop for a jacket but didn't have my size in store went on line and got the jacket and found that it could be bought at a discount . delivery zero as click and collect. happy day's”

“Last time visited I notice that half items is on different hangers. So needed to looked for right site. No people working on shop floor to get consultation and only 2 people was working on till whe was busy hour. Most items out of stock in my size. Overall not good experience. London,Beckton shop”

“I was really pleased to find the product I was looking for, cheaper at Matalan than elsewhere, even with postage! (However I have since fund the item cheaper still in another store.) I did find the separation between Matalan and Matalan Direct confusing, when it came to placing the order, in terms of delivery charges etc. However, once that was sorted and the order was placed, the products arrived quickly, and we are really pleased with them.”

“Very pleased with the overall product including the assembling of it. Except part number 5 did not have any pre made holes so that could have been tricky. That's why I have given 4 stars not 5”

“Hi. Happy with the product itself, but when we ordered the chair the delivery said we would be contacted by the courier to let us know when the item would be delivered. Parcelforce tried to deliver without contacting us, and obviously could not deliver. When I contacted the number on the card they left and said they were supposed to call to arrange a delivery day. They told me that they do not do this.”
