“We were kept informed of our order by e-mail since day of ordering ! I was first delivery of the day which was fantastic ! I have a dining set & matching sideboard & as arrived very early, had all day to organise ! The products arrived in 4 hugh parcels - very well packaged with no damage in transit & still had time to clean up the room, take packaging to recycling & polystyrene to tip & the products look great ! We are very pleased with our first Matalan furniture purchases !! Thank you Matalan !!”

“The items ordered arrived in perfect condition,which is great. The one thing that would deter me from ordering online again is that I had to delay delivery as items are only delivered in my area on a Monday?!..... I couldn't get the items delivered for two weeks as I was unable to be home for the delivery guys. I don't work Monday to Friday and this meant I also had to delay going on a planned holiday for 24hrs as I was informed items are only held for 3weeks Max. Hm...not great. This would put me off ordering from matalan again. The items weren't available for click and collect either.”

“I love my new bedroom set and the price is absolutely amazing. The quality of the products in comparison to what you pay for them is good unfortunately that's where the positive's end, it took over three weeks to be delivered to me and the customer service from the couriers was absolutely rubbish. I ended up dealing with the customer service at Matalan and they were fab . I would love to order from Matalan again as they have got some great products, however until they use a different courier rather than Final Mile, I unfortunately will not be placing an order.”

“I recently bought a black bedside table which was very poor quality. I put it together myself and it was scratched and the nails were too big for the drawers to open and close properly.”

“Purchased HOME front door mat. On line this appeared black, Grey and white. Howeve, when this came . Disappointed as couture navy and stair carpet black white and grey. Therefore, will be returning and also dispaaponted in the fact I had to pay postage for this and it does not look same colour as on web site”

We do typically estimate 4-7 working days for delivery on the product which you ordered and i can see that it took 5 days for it to get you. Unfortunately it does take to the latter stages of our estimations on occasion.As we progress, we are constantly improving all areas in order to provide a great service to our customers. “Lovely chair, looks more expensive than it is. Deleting very took a while and I asked them to give me an idea of the delivery slot which they said they would do but didn't. So was frustrating having to wait in all day.”

Our courier service aim to provide all customers with a timescale of when they can expect to receive their parcel however on this occasion it seems a though they have failed to do this. “The instructions to build the sideboard could have been a little clearer particularly the installation of the drawer runners but the overall quality is very good and good value for money”

“Ordered my wine rack, delivery was arranged promptly and gave a window of 3 hours which was v good. Quality and look of the unit is good - makes a good addition to my new kitchen. Bought from catalogue and online so was pleased with how substantial the product was. V pleased ????”
