“This is a 5 Star plus Review for Lynn from Matalan CO office After placing an order with Matalan one of my item’s arrived broken, so I contacted customer services to ask for a replacement but Matalan don’t do replacement’s they refund and you reorder and yes, I did find that a bit strange but when the item came back in stock, I reordered it only to get an email a few days later to say it was not in stock and I would get a refund for that order. At this point I contacted customer services as this item was to make a pair and they had gone out of stock again. After sending just 1 email to customer services I spoke to (and yes, I do mean spoke to a real person, NO BOTS, NO LIVE CHAT, NO MORE EMAILS, just actual physical verbal conversation, and that’s all people are asking for). Lynn from Matalan CO Office was amazing I do believe she went above and beyond doing her job, she contacted different stores until she found 1 and then she arranged the delivery. Thanks very much for been able to have a verbal conversation with a real person and you did what NO BOT could have done.”

“I’m disabled and live in Boston Lincolnshire, I’ve had a lovely lady called Sarah May help me today and most of my visits it’s mainly her who comes she’s amazing even offers to help me try clothes on in the changing rooms, She got a good sense when it comes to style and what goes with certain clothes and really goes above and beyond.”

“I ordered two jumpers on Friday and both arrived the following Monday delivered by Evri. They are excellent quality for the price and even came with free hangers! Amazing! As a new customer to Matalan I was surprised to read so many negative reviews! Maybe, I was lucky ... but, my experience was excellent!”

“After doing an order and checking reviews to see if there was any chance my order could come early, I was very worried to see so many bad reviews! However I had the complete opposite experience, no money was taken until the order went through and as they were unable to deliver the one item instead of refunding they only took payment for the items that they were providing in the order. My order came very fast and everything was in my order and I'm very happy to have done business with Matalan as usual the clothes are to a high standard and will definitely use them again thank you!”

“After a few hiccoughs about an order and a few emails re my problem, I have to give Matalan 10/10 for a speedy response and delivery of my order. The order contained cushions and they are lovely - also 5*. A very relieved and happy customer.Thankyou!”

“I always shopped at other p,,,,k stores as I thought good and cheap but over the years I’ve realised that other stores do not offer the quality and reductions that Matalan’s offer in their goods as I’m a very fussy where quality goes and you win me over 1000% thankyou”
