“There was a problem with my order so I emailed and got a very swift reply from Nicole, she was very apologetic and it was sorted straightaway. My order arrived very quickly and extremely well packed. Maxwell and Williams products are of exceptional quality and their service is second to none.”

“2 things that might make it better. Some sort of auto response saying that my message sent to "contact us" has been received. Being able to more easily order from Favorites. Direct link to add from favorites to shopping cart. I kept having to go back to my favorites in order to add more and I had a hard time remembering which ones I had added and hadn't added. This is probably mostly due to the fact that I was ordering such a variety of the Boho prints but it could be something improved on regardless. Also I can't answer the questions below because I haven't gotten any email for estimated shipping or delivery time. So actually I am now changing my review from "good" to "acceptable."
