On reading these reviews I can confirm that I sent an iPhone 8plus in perfect condition and received email from mazuma stating that there was a fault with lcd screen when I know for a fact it was working perfectly well as have proof it was always in a wallet with screen protector on so for them to say lcd screen was damaged was total bshit
