I posted my phones got £10 for on 1 two weeks later I got £20 for another and nothing yet for last one I then get expired email even though you have the phones and your company is taking your time with it

I posted 2 items sold online . The first one gone through without issue , however the second item (ipad) stated offer reduced due to defects. I rejected the offer requesting it be returned to me due to ridiculous offer . Then received an email to contact company which I have done 3 times leaving 2 messages on specified number but had no reply . No idea what is happening with my product

Good afternoon Stuart, Thank you for your email, I have checked your order for the iPad, I can see your device was found to have yellow halo within the LCD layer. This is where the pixels die within the LCD and turn yellow. This is usually found around the edge of the LCD screen where the battery and time stamp is. This manufacturing defect is common in a lot of the older models such as the 4's, 5's, 6's 7's and some of the older iPads such as the Minis, 2's, 3's and some of the Airs. Based on this we had to amend the offer as it did not match the grade you initially selected. Payment was quick and the delivery details arrived quite promptly, but I was selling a PS4 and they sent me a kit for selling mobile phones. The postal bag they sent was much too small and I had to provide my own shipping box. Thankfully I had a spare lying about the house, so it wasn't too big a deal. Generally very easy to sell my device but feel like the price for a PS4 Pro should be higher than £25 considering the price of 1TB hard drives and the other components that they can sell on.

We offer a collection service with DPD for large orders such as consoles and laptops. We were unaware of this sorry. If this is to ever happen again, please notify us as soon as possible and we can arrange a collection for you. Unfortunately, due to the new console release later this month, a lot of the price have dropped as the value of them decrease every time an upgrade is released. This can be the same for mobile phones. We sell back into the tech market and base our prices on the current market. We are sorry to hear that you felt this wasn't the best value. Kind regards Mazuma

Very easy to book, booked in on Sunday, pack didn’t arrive until Weds. so all in all it took over a week to get it all sorted. This may be due to the Postal system rather than Mazuma though.

Hi ,please and displeased The s9 with a damaged screen and the laptop great service The s9 with no faults and worked with no problems no scratches or marks ,you said the screen was Burnt We had no issues with that phone

Good morning Chris, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the decision made regarding your device. Screen burn appears within the LCD layer of the device (this is the pixel layer underneath the glass on the front). This can come in two different forms and imprint or a glow. The most common imprint we tend to see if of the keyboard as this is the most common function used on a mobile phone. It can also come in the form of a red glow which appears around the edges of the screen. Screen burn is where the pixels create a ghost like imprint that remains even after the on-screen content has changed or moved. This is mainly visible against a white background. This can present itself in 3 different levels. You can check this yourself by dialling *#0*# and checking for screen burn against the blue and white background. Contact regarding issues is a little slow. Advised phone was damaged despite it being perfect when posted. Quick to make payment though.

Sent in 2 phones. 1 reported as having a faulty camera “black dots against a white background,”,which is completely untrue and is now being sent back to me. I will be checking this. I’ve been paid for the 2nd one.

Every device that we receive is thoroughly checked by our technicians, if it doesn't meet our grading criteria the price, we can offer you a lower price. Unfortunately, your device was found to have a faulty camera due to black marks within the camera lens. These tend to appear as faint black ink marks when holding the camera against a white background. They appear prominent on a white background than they do against a colourful background. All good - except the shipping label from the 3rd party courier never arrive. I ran the sale through twice but neither got a mail back to a known and working email. Mazuma had to follow up with their own.

Exactly the same experience, just sent them a iphone7 immaculate condition they offered £105 but when they received it said screen was cracked and offer down to £40 I’m waiting for return if phone now .
