As a business owner, I have to do what I have to do to keep my business running, I took on different MCA's 3 months ago since one of my trucks died and required an overhaul. I started paying daily, $304.00 for $30k paying $47,500.00 back. I had no choice, then the nightmare began. My sales dropped, the off season almost killed me and I had to let some of my team go as I couldn't keep them employed, then getting worse, I missed a couple of payments and these guys started threatening me and pressuring me with a ton of calls and emails, then I decide to make a nice change and contact MDA. They did a great job, I trust them and encourage anyone dealing with predatory lenders to contact them, borrowers have rights too.”

“They overcharged me a little over $45,000. After taking their 35% of the money they knocked off the original amounts I owed they still owe me back close to $30,000. It has been almost 60days since all my debts were paid off and I have requested my refund 4 times (twice by phone and twice by email). My reimbursement was showing on my dashboard on their site as an overpayment by me until I started requesting they pay me. Now they changed the information on my dashboard. They are not responding back anymore either. Going to get attorneys involved. I will update this review to show the result I get from them.”
“This company deceives you even at the moment of signing the contract with you. They will tell you that you are in good hands and you do not need to worry about anything, they will do everything themselves and will not take anything from you. but in fact they will take your money and will not help you! they promise you that you will not pay more money than you owe to the creditor, but in fact your debt will increase by 40% and will do it silently, without explaining to you why. if you have difficulty following their payment schedule, they will simply stop talking to you. just keep your money for themselves. THIS IS A FRAUD !!!! ALL THEY DID IT TAKE MONEY FROM ME AND REFUSED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEMS !!!!! BYPASS THEM SIDE !!!!!”
“I referred a few clients to them. We have found that their initial claims of having good working relationships with MCA companies to be puffery. In one case, two of three MCA companies that they claimed good relationships with would not work with them. Despite repeated calls from their clients, their follow through was poor, no return phone calls, no agreements with the MCA companies despite their continuing to collect fees to settle those debts. There are some good companies out there, but I do not believe MCA debt advisors to be one of them. I will say in their favor that they are professional, albeit completely exaggerating their abilities/competence to complete their deals.”

Though I was contacted by Daniel Hall several times with various options to resolve my day to day cost management but I wasn’t sure enough whether it would be the best fit for my overall business situation. “I signed up for this company to assist with some merchant advances I received… they do not communicate once you signed agreements! They drafted my account almost $1k and I informed them it set me back financially and they didn’t care just stated to bring payments lower and I told them I want to cancel then she going to tell me there is a 5% cancellation fee which I understand but they want to charge a fee for a none verified balance from when we started the process…. These people are crooks and you will end up paying a lot more money to them in the end once I told her I want to cancel she started to get rude and say I can’t answer anymore questions since you canceled like who says that and they don’t respond to the emails I send to them trying to at least get half of my money back they refuse to help when that’s what they are there for what a joke 😂😂 I also see other reviews they want to mention the 5% fee that is crazy that’s how they making money by contacting people lenders when they want to and they start taking money way before they come to any agreements I want to see what they response gonna be to my review hehe many other companies told me these people with ruin me”
“Le puedo desir con DCA Debt Advisors , nada salio bien , me prometieron que me ayudarian a aliviar o a pagar mi deuda mas tranquilamente y que ellos hiban a lidear con quien yo tenia el prestamo y empece a pagarle estos intermediarios o no se como llamarlos pues son lo peor que existe en este pais , es una lastima que halla personas tan deshonestas que se ganen el dinero tan feo o denigrante y que no sean capaces de por lo menos tener la desencia de cumplir con lo que prometieron . Por culpa de ellos casi pierdo mi negosio , pues nunca trataron o trabajaron en mi caso y mucho menos proponerle a las personas con los que yo tenia el prestamo que me facilitaran hacerle los pagos un poco mas comodos pues hasta que ellos llegaron yo estaba haciendo puntualmente mis pagos con trabajo pero estaba al dia pues nunca me e negado a pagar pues se que deuda es deuda , pero MCA me degracio la vida . Y para colmo me acaba de llegar una demanada de parte de las personas con los que tenia el prestamo y cuando me comunico con MCA me dicen que mi caso esta cerrado , son lo peor como compania como negosio , nunca te atienden no cojen el telefono, quien te atiende es una resepcionista muy bien entrenada para desir que no estan disponibles”
