“The worst experience in my life I don’t recommend to anyone this clinic.”

“Do not do go with MCAN!!! I am 25years old, I had a fue transplant to improve my crown area. I felt nervous before the treatment and almost backed out, but the receptionist assured me everything would be fine... it was not! The doctors do not speak English so you cannot get a proper consultation. The so called “doctors” who were removing my grafts turned out to be 2 assistants who were not even qualified. They were not even paying attention, talking, making jokes and laughing the whole time (not in English) making me feel very uncomfortable. Long story short, my donor area looks terrible. Overharvested and has very visible scarring cause by amateur skills. When I consulted MCAN about this they said pay for 5 sessions of PRP to improve hair growth and consult a dermatologist. Now I will have to pay thousands to resolve this issue.”

“I don’t know who writes the reviews for them.my experience was terrible,5 star reviews 1 star clinic,after my bbl operation I was left with an infected abscess wich had to be removed and left with a large hole,no help at all.the clinic and aftercare I recieved there was not fit for a dog.uncomfortable,Evan though some could speak English,still spoke in Turkish with you in the room.i now have 4 months of hospital appointments every morning 7 days a week,avoid!put me off surgery for life”

Dear Madam, We are very sorry that after BBL operation you had fat necrosis in a small area. Fat necrosis may happen for the patients undergoing fat grafting in any part of the body regardless of the surgeon performing the task as it is impossible for 100% of the fat to survive. We recommended you to drain it with a local doctor or to come to Istanbul to do it. However you saw the local doctor and your doctor preferred debridement on the fat necrosis area which is also approved by your surgeon in Turkey. That created a small hole. We explained to you that this small hole will be filled up with the new tissue and will be closed by the time. During the process, we did our best and be responsive to your messages and e-mails on time by consulting your surgeon. Yes, you are right, not every personnel in the hospital speak English, however your patient host and the doctor do speak. Your patient host during your stay supported you at every step and provided the necessary translation. We hope the small hole already filled up and you had your desired BBL result. Many thanks

“Very disappointed. 1. Were supposed to meet me at airport. Someone showed up but kept me waiting for about an hour. Was talking on phone and arguing with someone. Had to leave for hotel on my own. They didnt reimburse me. 2. When I got to the hotel there was no reservation for me. The receptionist was helpful. He called mcan people and after half an hour I got my room. 3. The person who was supposed to facilitate my arrival and stay wasnt available the first day. Not helpful. 4. MCAN told me before I left for Turkey that I will get about 5000 hairs, the procedure will last for 6-7 hours, will have a break mid-procedure for rest and lunch. And that I will get a certificate/warrantee that states the number of hairs I had and guarantees permanency of hairs. In reality the procedure lasted for about 3-4 hours, I got a very small number of hairs, my head still looks bald, didnt receive the certificate, and the lunch they promised me was an old sandwich with a pepsi in a bag they gave at the end. Now i will have to do it all over again. And go thru all the pain again. It was painful. I wish i can show a pic of my head. Very bad experience with MCAN”

“Avoid at all costs. I was booked for a breast lift and reduction by 2 cup sizes. The surgeon did what HE wanted. He clearly didn’t feel I needed a reduction and just gave me a lift. So for all that pain and expense my breasts are exactly the same size as before the surgery. It has left me depressed and angry that I will have to have surgery again. This time in the UK with a proper surgeon who does what you ask for. Don’t be fooled by the attentive pre surgery attention that promises you will get what you want. I deeply regret this experience and urge no one to go through what I did.”

“I had a wonderful experience with the MCAN team. The entire journey starting with the enquiry/booking process from Australia to my surgery and post surgery was handled professionally and the team were superb. I was very nervous to come to a foreign country I have never visited and I must say the communication and support shown by staff members Meder and Upasana was exceptional and they made me feel comfortable. Dr Samet Hariri delivered the goods, I am extremely happy with the results of my Rhinoplasty. The Dr is honest in giving the advice to suit each individual and I couldn’t have asked for better recovery and results. “I had a great time with MCAN health. Everything went smoothly and I’m very pleased with my results following the cosmetic procedure I had done. Communication was simple and easy throughout. My Surgeon Dr Tolga Yaner was brilliant he listened to all of my needs and was patient and kind throughout. My clinic coordinator Jonas was very easy to communicate with and was always available if I needed to ask any questions. I also had a lovely assistant called Beyza who was there throughout the trip to assist me and translate if it was needed, she was a really lovely girl and made me smile throughout the whole process. Overall it was outstanding service and would highly recommended them to anyone hoping to get a cosmetic procedure done in Turkey.”

“Absolutely worst clinic ever ,don't spend your money there. I did two hårtransplantations and a beard transplant , due to them doing a extremely poor job the first time, so they offered to fix the existing problems, which resulted in the exacted same result: poor extraction technique of the donor hair leaveing in the same state as before, minus even more scars and extracted hairs from my donor area. very unprofessional staff, and bad communication, they haven't followed up my development over the years even once. The bears transplant is also lacking, they didn't even try to fix even though I pointed it out for them before and after we meet.”

Dear Sameer, We are sorry that you are not happy with the result. After hearing from you, we have immediately examined our Patient Database and contacted you. You had your first hair transplant with us on March 2017. We worked both on your head and on the beard. After 15 months, on June 2018, based on the follow-up pictures sent by you we could see that some areas on the beard and on the head were still not dense enough and processed with a second transplanted (without any charge). Now, on your actual pictures, we can see that there is a significant change on the beard and on the head. On the crown area, you have lost more of your natural hair and consequently, it seems to be thinning. That is not regarding the transplanted hair which is completely immune to hair loss but to the natural one that is not a part of the hair transplant operation. “Merhaba ben yaklasik 3 hafta önce Mcan‘da burun ameliyati gecirdim. Ameliyatdan hic bir sekilde memmun degilim. Ameliyat olmadan önce ilgi ve alaka en üst düzeyde idi bana söylenen önce ve sorasi gösterilecegidi ve Doktor bey ile minimum 2 saat bir görüsme saglanacagidi. Bunlarin hic biri ama olmadi ! Ameliyat günü ameliyat saatim gecikti ve Doktor bey ile 15 dakikalik bir görüsme sorasi Ameliyata alindim. Aslinda sabah 8 de olacagim Ameliyat Aksam 5 e alindigi icin sesimide fazla cikaramadim ve Doktor beye güvenip hayatimin hatasini etmis oldum. Burnumu eski hali ile kiyasladigimda seklinde büyüklünde ve egriligi de hic bir degisiklik göremiyorum. Hatta görebildigim su ki burun deliklerimde dahada bi farklilik meydana gelmis olmasi negstiv anlamda. Su an sorularima bile cevap alamiyofum dogru düzgün A sorunca B cevabini aliyorum. Ameliyatimda tam olarak ne yapildigina dair bile bilgim yok. Bana söylenen misal burun ucunuda dokunulamadigi oldu halbuki internetde yeterince burun ucununda burun seklininde degistigi fotograflar bulabilirsiniz. Size tavsiyem dikkatli olun ben bu hatayi yapip fazla arastirmadan Mcana güvendim ve su an onun pismanligini yasiyorum. Bana söylenen tek sey ödemin inmesi ama ne kadar inse bile cok fazla degisköil olamaz internetde bakabilirsiniz normalinde 6 gün sorasinda bile burunda düzelme meydana gelmesi lazim. Aslinda bu bir yildiz bilr fazla ama bunu verme sebebim Mcanda bulunan söförler icin. Benimle gercek anlamda ilgilenen biri vardi ismide Emre Genc adinda bir söför. Ameliyatdan ciktimda bile günlerce ne doktordan bir ilgi alaka görebildim nede bana sorumlu olan Asistantan. Sakin benim yaptigim hatayi yapmayim su an cok pismanim ama geri dönüsü olmiyavak bir hata yaptim. Size ztn diyecekleri bizde hic bir ameliyat yeniden yapilmadi bu söze kanmayim cünki bi ameliyat o kadar agirki insan tekrardan olmaya korkar hale geliyor. Bide insan burnunu mahfedem bir klinige ikinci kez güvenip nasil gitsinki ?!”

Sevgili Mehmet Ali, Ameliyattan 3 hafta sonra şişliklerin hala var olduğunu, 3 ay beklemeniz gerektiğini ilettik. Bizi mesajlarınızla, şirkete yönelik tehditlerinizle çok yordunuz ve üzdünüz. Sabırla gece 2-3'lerde attığınız mesajlara dahi temsilcimiz yanıt verdi. MCAN Health, binlerce hasta tedavi etti, %95 memnuniyet oranımız var. %5 memnun olmayan hastaların memnuniyetsizlikleri çok değişik nedenlerden olabilir. Sizin durumunuzda, Dr Murat Bey'in de ilettiği gibi bağ dokularınız çok kuvvetli ve kayma gözlemledik. Ancak bunu şu anda net bir şekilde ayırt edemeyiz, hala ödem var. 3 ay bekledikten sonra durumunuzu tekrar değerlendireceğiz. Teşekkür ederiz.

“With this clinic you can’t go wrong with a hair transplant. Explanations at the clinic (in my case done by Uejd) were done in clear English and pre- and post care were excellent!! The only thing that hurts during the procedure are the injections (anesthesia). If you can’t stand pain pay a 100 bucks extra. After the op you are given a shampoo and lotion. If you want you can buy “hair vitamins” and an “anti-itching” spray for about 30 usd each. I talked to other guys at the clinic who all had friends who had been to Mcan befor them. They all have great results, so I have zero doubts:)”

“I would recommend mcan health to anyone. Very friendly and polite team who knows what they are doing. I can only give my opinion of my journey so far. My name is sanique I did my treatment on the 8th of May 2018. From the start they answered questions quickly. When I said I was nervous put me at ease by giving me information about my surgeon. Dr. Prof. Murat Turegun. When I arrive in Turkey contact was made immediately. Driver picked me up and to the hotel following day met everyone. They were all nice. Stayed 2 nights at hospital cause big procedure. But I was at the hotel after recovering. was in pain obviously but every day got a bit better. I came with a friend. The hotel was nydia hotel. The staff there was always ready to help. They went and purchase me a charger in their own time....now that customer service. Was in a double room that was really comfortable. I am now 5 days after doing breastvrefuction and lipo and so far so good.”

“I choose Mcan health after allot of research online & I'm so glad I did. I'm very happy with my results I had tummy tuck, 3 area lipo, muscle repair and breast uplift with 295 g implants. When arriving in Istanbul I was very nervous, however after meeting the team and Dr my nerves was put at ease. I felt that the Dr was confident in his work and my results show this. I couldn't be happier with how I look now. The nurses at the hospital were lovely they looked after me whenever I needed anything. “MCAN Health is super professional and really know how to take care of you. I was very anxious about going to Istanbul (from London) for my rhinoplasty, didn't really know what to expect but had heard many good things hence why i chose them. Once i met the surgeon Dr Cahit, i soon became aware how popular he really is in Istanbul and how i should just trust him with the surgery. You can't help but be anxious on the day of your surgery as you, yourself is dealing with the fact you are about to under go a major change. I asked Dr Cahit to make it very natural, to remove the bump, srtaighten the septum and get rid of the buldgy tip. 1 week post opp - i didn't like my face, it was swollen, couldn't move my top lip and i felt like i didn't look like myself. 2 weeks post opp - majority of swelling has gone down and i finally look a lot like myself and starting to love the nose - the swelling makes a huge difference so be patient! 3 weeks post opp - i couldn't be happier, best money i have spent on myself. Would like to thank the team at MCAN health and Dr Cahit for the spectacular service as well as new very natural nose.”

“A little about myself: I am a male who was 150kg at 16 years old and now at 26 I have reduced to 105kg but there is still some stubborn fat areas around my stomach and love handles and male gynecomastia which i have been suffering from mentally since a young boy being body conscious is terrible. I looked online in london and my procedures totalled around £10k + .. I so looked into medical tourism and found MCAN health.. from the start they was very nice and helpful on whatsapp since this is an embarrassing thing to talk about - i found it easy talking to Bilgen. I sent her pictures and she said what was needed ( love handles , stomach and gynecomastia) and sent over forms with prices and where my money went too e.g medical supplies cost of 2/3 sites lipo and gyno. I felt easy talking to Bilgen, so i took the chance and we negotiated the dates and times I would fly over - and she booked every transfer I needed. Day 1: As soon as I reached Istanbul, my Transfer was waiting and took me to my Hotel which was a Very nice 4 Star hotel Troya - Very clean Very polite staff. I rested up and went to meet my Doctor the next day in a very high quality Hospital. Day 2: Ive stopped leaking any fluid. Bilgen contacts me to let me know my Transfer is waiting for me at 8:30am outside my hotel , I arrive to the Hospital and They took my blood at 10am , I was in my clean room hospital bed and they took me to the operating room by 1pm and I was completely under after we agreed the procedures to happen ( love handles , stomach and gynecomastia). I wake up at 4pm and I saw a glimpse of my flat chest and it was enough to lift my mood to really happy - i was under the correct medicine so i was in no agony, I was waited on by two nurses who came to me whenever i needed a pee bottle or needed to throw up. the nurses came to check on me every hour and I knew i was safe. I was leaking a lot of fluid with little blood but I was aware of this so I just relaxed in the nice hospital bed :) - My body is swollen and I can hardly move but every hour I get stronger. they showed me 5 liters of fat they removed from me! Day 3: all my skin wounds that would dispurse liquid seem to have closed , I feel like I can walk and go to the toilet by myself, so by the afternoon my transfer was waiting to take me back to my Troya hotel. Its always hard for me after a surgery because i feel vulnerable and scared but the staff at Troya hotel really looked after me despite the slight language barrier everyone had a good understanding of English. The hotel staff brought me food to my room which was great turkish main meals for like £3-6 a dish! everything I asked for , their response was 'Ofcourse!! :)' they shook my hand smiled at me, I was spoiled. Sleeping was hard as I had to sit up right and keep elevated but when you gotta sleep it will happen! Day 4: I go to the rooftop resturaunt and was eating Breakfast , lunch and dinner there , I was taking small trips outsode the hotel but I had very strong Wifi 24-7 in turkey I was honestly just chilling in my room like a King! Why not .. on instagram Its like im having a holiday!! haha. Bilgen is asking me more questions then she feels I should ask her! aha I am very happy that Bilgen at MCAN is contacting me so much the aftercare is genuine. Im just spending today in bed thank you very much !! :) swelling has gone down so much i must of hit the peak yesterday! woohoo! Day 5: Today was the last day so the transfer was ready at 9am to take me back to my Doctor who operated on me for a checkup and he was happy with my results and sent me on my way to the airport back to London Here i am on Day 7 and I feel amazing, The whole experience was extremely easy and I met an amazing person Bilgen is truly an Angel she is doing everything she can to help everyone all over the world please give MCAN a try , I almost cry in happiness thinking about how much my life has changed I have a flat stomach and flat chest! something I have been working my whole life and I did it for £2800 thats the whole trip and spending! If you think about doing anything with MCAN , ask them - they will do everything they can to help you in a honest, polite and respectful way. its always on your terms!”

“I have had fue hair transplant treatment at mcan, i am very pleased with everything from airport pick up, transfers to hospital and also the treatment. I would highly recommend mcan to anyone else who would like any treatment they provide. The staff are very helpful and friendly and always answered any questions i had very prompt. Thank you mcan”
