We are pleased to hear that you found our service to be good and the photo print reasonably priced. We also wanted to let you know that hi-res files are not edited prior to production, making prints an accurate representation of the original artwork. However individual computers reproduce colours in different ways, making exact matching impossible over the internet. Images viewed on computer monitors have light shining through them, unlike the photo prints therefore the colours on physical products may differ from your screen view. We understand that these technical details might not fully capture the experience of holding the print in your hands. If you have any concerns about the accuracy, please don't hesitate to send a photo(s) for further review directly to sales@mediastorehouse.com. Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback and your understanding of the intricacies involved in translating digital images to physical prints.
