We use recyclable packaging material as much as we can: we use cardboard boxes and buy paper and biodegradable loose fill (see photo) for our parcels. But we are also using packaging material we received from our suppliers to save money and help the environment by using packaging material a second time instead of putting it into the bin. The plastic foam used in your parcel was one we received from one of our suppliers.
