“We were looking for a high-quality membership management tool and "MembershipWorks" has been a perfect fit. It integrates into our existing website, it is seamless to our members and as a non-tech person, I have so valued the outstanding and quick response of their customer service team member Jennifer. “I recently joined a new organization and have had cause to contact Membership Works several times to get help with various facets of the software. I have been delighted every single time I have reached out. From the quick response to the thorough, helpful, and well-informed discussions, your staff has really showed itself to be superior to all other software companies I have worked with. Please be good to your employees- they are doing a great job for your company. When I joined my company I was inclined to move to "Your Membership" but your customer service has actually made me re-think that decision."”

“I am a board member for a small art nonprofit. We transferred our membership database to MembershipWorks this summer. We are extremely satisfied. The dashboard makes reading our member statistics incredibly easy and we are finding new ways to engage with our members using this system. The system is secure and I don't worry about spambots-which were an issue before moving. The MembershipWorks team has been very responsive when I have questions or need training. We have been in a transition period due to the pandemic, and I feel good recruiting new staff people now we're using such an intuitive system.”

“The tooling and service are extraordinary. They thought of everything and they actually answer the phone!!!! This is unprecedented!!! I had a training and some follow up phone suport.”

“I can't rave enough about this membership software. It truly helped us take our organization (Austin Newcomers) from good to great! It provides us with the ability to manage member information, join and register online and maintain an ongoing, easy-to-use calendar which, ultimately, helps us elevate service to current members and grow membership. It's easy to use. However, if questions arise, MW support is readily available and helpful. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to provide a satisfying online experience to their members / customers. Diane Gallagher, ANC Past-President”
