“We ordered the Peony Purple Wood Cremation Urn. It arrived in perfect condition right on the expected time. It’s beautiful and looked very much like the picture. We are extremely happy with the workmanship and the service we received from Memorial Urns.”

“I ordered an OM Raku Urn based on the picture that was online. I waited over 4 weeks for it and when it finally arrived it looked nothing like the one I ordered. I can understand some variation however this was extreme. I reached out and they did respond quickly. Unfortunately my only option was to send It back, or get a 10% refund if I decide to keep it . I had no choice, my son was waiting to be put to rest, we could not wait another month to receive a new one. It’s just amazing how people take advantage of people at such a vulnerable time. 10% is just ridiculous considering I had to settle for something that was not what was ordered! I will remember this always and it sickens me (paid almost $300). Beware of your purchase and I suggest getting a guarantee you be receiving what you paid for and ordered, or better yet, you might want to find a place that stands behind what they are selling!”

“DO NOT buy from them. They sent two wrong urns to me. Without finding out what happened, they assumed that our urns went to the other family and told us so. Turned out that the other family never received our urns. They informed me that the urns would be picked up in 1-2 days. Then I found out that they failed to follow through with their supplier twice in the process and no pickup was ever scheduled. My brother ended up having to contact the supplier himself and arranged the return. I knew about their communication with the supplier because I also spoke to the supplier directly. Per FTC, it is illegal for Memorial Urns to request payment for these unordered merchandise but they unlawfully threatened to charge me or my brother if we do not return the urns while they did nothing to make the return possible. The supplier did not charge Memorial Urns or anyone for those wrong urns. For Memorial Urns to claim that they were going to take the loss was a 100% LIE. They were going to take extra profit for their supplier's mistake!! Their customer service included hanging up on us and telling us "I did the best I could, what do you want me to do?" Obviously, I want result, a way to return the urns (even when I am under no legal obligation to do so). Their "best I could do" was to send one email to the manufacturer, then failed to follow through, made a threat for illegal charge and left the rest for us to work out. Now they just blamed it all on their supplier when their supplier was prompt, efficient and courteous. The supplier was the one who got the job done.”

The piece is expensive, much too expensive for its quality. I'm very disappointed and will start the search again knowing better what details to look for.”

“I am very pleased with the memorial urn that I recently ordered, but I do have a strong recommendation that might well help someone avoid damaging the urn when they first receive it. Please seriously consider including information / instructions as to how to remove the bottom of the urn. When it is sitting upside down and you have removed the screws, I am willing to bet that I am not the only one who assumed that the shallow bottom plate is what was supposed to come off to give you access to the space inside. I am grateful that I contacted the company before I actually did damage to the wood. The wider base plate separated easily. But for me it was in no way an intuitive move. The overall quality is high. I love that the butterfly and flowers stand out from the side of the urn. It is beautiful. But I really would have appreciated having directions as to how to open it, other than to remove the screws.”
