“Site is nice. Delivery is dismal. why do I have to provide ID and proof of residence to courier??? Seems like overkill. any other courier delivery can be signed for by reception or a 3rd party. Makes no sense. so when he rocked up at my delivery address on Friday, I was not available to provide all this. Now he has to return today. Supply chain 101 - waste of time and money.”

“Men's Shoe Centre is absolutely brilliant. They even phoned me to follow up why Ram couriers has not delivered. Which was a great question. The lady I spoke to said she would contact ram couriers to get it delivered today, only to have Ram again make an excuse to deliver tomorrow. Mens shoe centre is great, but they are being let down by their courier contractor. I hope to finally have my shoes tomorrow”
