“Went today to the Mephisto store on Madison Ave .on 82. street in nyc
I was looking to buy a pair of sneakers with a large toebox and a shoe in wide.
Unfortunately there was barely any customer service and the sales person was clearly not interested. There was no one else in the store.
It seems ,that mephisto has enough customers , but the emptiness of the store said otherwise”
“Worst customers service ever, they refuse to gibe you an invoice on your VAT number or company?? Is it they want to keep the vat? Just incompetence ?? Been emailing 5 times about this subject terrible ! Just buy your shoes at Zalando or in a shop. Unbelievable in this time where everything is online, that they refuse to give you an invoice on your business info ore details! Last time for me!!!!!”

“Worst customer service ever. Within a month of buying Mephisto shoes they developed a CRACK. Customer service insists that it's the way I walk and not a defect (that way they don't need to fix it). I normally wear my shoes for a year, this happened in a month. Terrible company.”
