“This service was actually laughable. The first agent AGREED that the description did not properly note the shade of "red" as it was printed coral/pink. The manager then chimes in to say it was correct and to basically go touch grass. I'm still laughing. not only was the print quality subpar, the shirt quality is basically tissue paper. @ The Get Up Kids, please use another service!!”
“Merchtable might be one of the worse merch websites around. If you are an artist DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I pray every day these company gets bought out and someone with ANY business skills takes over.”
“Ordered on August, 30 arrived on November,10 with additional 11€ to pay, the horrible Tee seems more a box to wear than a nice t-shirt to show at a concert. I ordered an M size (my usual for everything else) but it’s big, square and long! I surely didn’t expect a stylist item, but at least something wearable, this is not. Never again: it’s a waste of money and - even worse - of expectations.”
“If I could give them Zero stars, I would.
Any band, podcast or other artist who is still using Merchtable, and want to ever have a repeat customer, should quickly leave this platform & hire a provider with the ability to manage their merchandise. (May I suggest Shopify.)
They have inaccurate inventory tracking, misquote shipping dates by up to 4 weeks, will not notify you of any changes & when you contact them to get details, they will refuse to apologize, or admit they made a mistake let alone offer any resolution at all.
I will never again order from anyone using this platform, and not because they made a mistake, but because they aren’t business savvy enough to even apologize for it.”
