“GRP architrave over box and door fits over your existing recessed exterior box without having to remove the old box, and comes with fire rated cartridge of fire rated sealant and new box key. Very quick delivery, great packaging. website has video showing how to fit, and takes about 20 minutes to install. Great online service from MBD and product.”

“Service was great and quick delivery, double skin box for flush and surface mounting. This gave me a chance to fit stuffer glands to the box as it was getting mounted in a sheep shed for the protection of distribution board! Slight cracks to the corners of the box but not worth shouting about.”

“Privem order procvess and delivery were easy and effective, however when the box arrived it was not in the best condition. It looked new and unused, but must have been a return as it was marked up and the corner and other areas had abrasions. I kept it as the defects were only aesthetic and it was for a garage, but really this should not have been sent out.”

“Meter box arrived damaged and when they were asked to express courier a replacement due to the electricity board coming to connect the new services and without the box it's not possible they said they couldn't. They are happy to take your money quick enough though.”

“Purchased an overbox which was damaged on arrival, phoned customer service who were very helpful and said they would replace which duly arrived a couple of days later, again this was not perfect, scuffed meter door, to be honest looked a 2nd, so between the 2 deliveries we managed to make a half decent 1st ……… not great, not want to complain but nearly £100!!! for substandard products!!!!”

“Meter Box arrived damaged although box looked undamaged. Had good response from MB after sending photos of damage to replace. unfortunately arrival was due after we needed it for electric supply installation. Immediate offer of refund which was accepted.”
