A big Thank you for Metrobus today. When the bus came at 12.25 I was with my daughter who’s in a wheelchair, the bus driver told me there’s already someone else in the wheelchair area but straight away he called us a taxi, he was very very nice!!! I was really happy. It was raining and it’s Sunday so buses don’t come frequent. Than the taxi came after like 20mins. Thank you so much nice , kind bus driver hope there’s is a lot like you 👍 keep it up 👍

I'm 12 but I know a lot about metro bus some people like it some do not but I personally love it it's so good I love it having USB and free WiFi and it a really good that there reacting to climate change by getting hydrogen electric busses and really good just one thing can you improve route 23 by using nicer busses with USB and free WiFi and maby not using the old busses (6551 and 6550) maby use the hydrogen electric busses but really good services i really recommend metro bus and thanks metro bus you really deserve it

Took the bus today from Manor Royal central this afternoon around 16:30 towards Maidenbower (100) and would have left without my AirPods which dropped to the floor whilst getting on the bus. Driver was kind enough to notice and notify me. Not an easy job dealing with public all day and working long hours. Appreciate the assistance from this gentleman and would like to personally thank you for your service sir!

Thank you to driver 58 on the square peg bus service from Leeds - Colton , I had no cash just contactless but had no idea the number 9 didn't have an upgraded contactless machine so the kind gentleman dropped me in crossgates free of charge! Faith in humanity restored, I little kindness goes a long way! God bless you

Drivers on the local orpington buses seem to allow dogs on the buses but the owners let their dogs sit on the seats where their poopy bums come into contact with the material then we have to sit on these seats with our clothes picking up whatever left by them including fleas! Children put their hands on the seat when boarding and leaving so what are they picking up. Some people are totally inconsiderate. These buses don't get cleaned properly as it is but why should we pay fares to sit on a seat where a dog has left behind whatever it has. Refuse an animal unless it's caged going to the vets or advise the person they have to stand with their pet remaining on the floor away from the seats.

I use bus 22 quite a lot,drivers are ok,it must be stressful being on the road all day,and with heavy traffic,plus deadlines,the pay seems small for the effort thats required.kevin gordon

While the bus service is pretty good, sometimes the tap on tap off fails, however my main issue is with some of the bus drivers. Some of them can be so rude to the paying customers. Please stop taking taking your stresses and misery out on us.

ticket machines break down pretty often and you either have to be waved through or are not able to purchase a paper ticket. its not my job to have a phone ready to buy a ticket. you are a bus company the bare minimum that you can provide is the facility to print a ticket to travel on a bus service you own! really poor in addition to lateness and cleanliness of the buses being subpar.

Been taking Metrobus for 5 years. Probably encountered 2 polite drivers in that time (which I always give a tip to because that’s rare). They also have a tendency of driving the bus before giving you the chance to even get close to your seat. However, it gets your from point A to point B, not at a high price

Please put some heating on in the morning routes with windows being open for ventilation etc just makes the hour journey unbearable!! You wouldn’t sit in a freezing cold car so don’t leave us freezing cold!

A JOKE.thats what this company is. a joke. because if you’re supposed to be at my stop at. e.g 8:30 you get here at 8:30 not 8:00 or 9:00 then you cause me and others to be late and potentially told off. Unbelievable. And you ask then they do two things. One: they make up a random excuse. Two: they say it’s no e if your business. WELL IT KINDA IS IF YOUR LIKE 45 MINUTES LATE DONT YOU THINK. would NEVER trust this company with my life

I was trying to get home and the bus skipped me when there was barely anyone on it and didn’t even stop at the stop then I queued up to get on the bus today and it was full but it was only sitting passengers and a few standing absolutely poor I had to change my plans

These buses always take forever. It’s so annoying and when you ask why are they late, they give you a dumb excuse. It takes me quicker to walk than it does to catch a bus. And most people have to take it because they either go to work or they go school so they’re taking their time. I’ve got somewhere to be! Some people have to go school but no, they’re waiting for you LAZY ASS PEOPLE to come so we can go to school. Honestly, it’s not on. Waiting an hour for a bus. A BUS. I understand if their in training, but the people who have been for a long time, they know where to go and that they need to be fast. Ridiculous.

An absolute joke of a company! These buses are very rarely on time, they cancel some at last minute, and a lot of their drivers can’t even drive properly! Two or three times now I’ve nearly been either killed or injured by the way they throw you around the place without a care in the world. They wouldn’t know what safety meant if it smacked them in the face. There was one time where the idiot driver braked so hard that we all nearly went flying through the windscreen! And there were small kids AND elderly people on board! As many other reviewers here have said, AVOID this joke of a bus company at all costs. Especially if you value your life!

my BEST FRIEND had to leave me because their busses either dont come or they come an hour late and so now i can’t see her anymore because you lot are too lazy to drive a bus i mean its not hard you sit on your ass all day..

Another day another let down by this service. 2 cancelled services over half an hour wait in the cold. Bus rammed when one does appar. Used to be good - now it's truly awful. Avoid.
