“What started good soon turn to horror. The walls were out of line, and the Lintels not level. The Bi-Fold door took over 12 weeks to arrive, and was so poorly fitted that it had to be taken out and redone by a professional. The interior first fix was never completed, plumbing work was not replaced but joined back to inadequate pipes. I would not recommend this builder. Furthermore they had taken payment for a kitchen which they never ordered even though they were insistent that they had, and it was in storage. I am now seeking legal advise on how to recoup this money, and to recoup additional costs I have had to pay other builders to rectify the poor work.
What was quoted as a 16-20 week project was well into 8 months when I had to part ways with the builder, with the job only half complete.”
