“I bought a Redmi 8 and the Mi Dual Driver Typ-C earphones. Earphones didn't work, so I wrote to support. After 5 days, they still did not answer. I sent further 3 emails, no reaction.
I wrote in Chat support. After about an hour, the support agent told me, this very earpads are not compatible with redmi 8 but on their site they don't mention which earphones are compatible with what phone. Now, they refuse to get these earphone back and sent me a pair they is compatible.
They say, we are not the official xiaomi site, we are just a shop, if you want to see what is compatible, you will have to visit the official xiaomi site.
