The customer service was tremendous! Was instantly greeted by lovely Tyrell and he helped me pick out a gorgeous bag along with a great sale price! He was so nice and helpful and patient! Thank you for making the experience nice for me and I will be back!

RETURN POLCY IS HORRIBLE. Bought a purse for GF for holidays and she wanted different color. Attempted to return to local store and I was 3 days past the holiday return date of Jan 15th. Kors will not accept return, nor give any type of refund/gift card - nothing. Yes, it states return policy but I am a male who does not shop at the store. What I can tell you is I will NEVER buy anything from this company again.

00, months ago, for 2 bags supposedly with big discount, received 1 dirty and "USED" reported it to the website where purchased, emailed them, chat (the worst service of all, chat does NOT work, spent a long time waiting for a chat, got in a chat, the woman had NO clue even how to type or care to help), emailed the corporate management office, NO one responded, NO one refund me, or cared to find out what happened, other than ignore that we pay for the products, do NOT waste your money on this name brand, as it is NOT worth your effort to try to do business with them, unfortunately they do not care about your business.

Terrible delivery service m, paid for express and it didn’t show Michale Kors customer service don’t care and just refund the shipping costs, terrible I missed the birthday I was supposed to gift this to, shambles! Still has not shown up

I ordered a jacket from MK global, got it 5 days later, weekend included(Greece), the size was too big, shipped it back the following day( very convenient via DHL, excellent service).
