There was a computer ‘glitch’ when I placed an order on the MidwayUSA website, which resulted in a double charge to my credit card. Jason (MidwayUSA customer service) was very helpful in rectifying the problem. I will continue to purchase from Midway USA.

First off, I've been a Midway customer for years, ordered and received hundreds of items with NO, issues at all! Some were delayed but Midway has always informed me. Midway has always treated me well! If all of you who were treated well with NO ISSUES AT ALL would write reviews, the 2.4 overall rating would be 4.4 or above

I shop with them all the time. You can expect your order to arrive to your home or business one week after placing your order. Some prices are a tad bit on the expensive side but everything is more expensive due to the pandemic. They are trustworthy and you should rest assured that your item will arrive in a timely manner. I'm 100% satisfied with them.

I only use Midway for my accessories. My credit card was compromised last month by some low life criminal and Midway customer service department handled my call with efficiency and politeness and it wasn't their fault. I've used Midway for over 20 years and will continue.

Do you experience was awesome the item arrived on time and damage I ordered another two pistol guns they Like to order some more things I do not know what else I can put in this to explain how well of a job it was so great service great timing great equipment look forward to doing some some or equipment apparently I can't put enough words inbusinessarrived on time and then damage great job fellas very happy

First of all, MidwayUSA had everything I was looking for. I recently bought a new Ruger SR9, Semi-Auto, and was having a hard time finding extra 9mm x 17 Rd. Magazines, a Tactical Grip Glove, and Chamber safety flags. MidwayUSA had everything I needed and at a fair price, considering no other supplier had them and if they did they were out of stock and would have cost more. Customer Service staff was very friendly and helpful placing my order and Delivery was on time at a reasonable shipping cost. They also have a great holster buying guide to help you find the just the right holster for your handgun, with several styles and options. Again, I couldn't find anyplace that could help me find a holster that would fit my Ruger. The best they could do is direct me the holster section of their catalog, only to find hundreds of holsters and I had to sort through all of them and try to find the right one, but I do have a life to live and did not want to spend hours looking a holsters that won't work for me. By the way, I recently ordered that holster that I did find and I'm waiting for delivery. I would and have recommended MidwayUSA to several of my shooting buddies. If anyone was looking for just the right shooting accessory, holster, gun parts or Ammunition, MidwayUSA is the place to go.

Terrible the way Midway ships their orders.....you purchase a product from them, pay premium shipping charges, are given an arrival date from UPS, who then hands the order off to the local USPS, in this case the Weatherford, TX USPS, recognized as the worst and slowest PO in existence......so I then have to wait another 3 to 5 days for them to deliver......For what I pay for shipping from Midway, just have UPS take it all the way to my door......Midway has a sorry ass shipping process....

I like Midway USA my main beef is the advertised parts and ammunition that have been discontinued don't advertise it it's ridiculous

I order from Midway alot, love there selection of Sporting Goods, and exspetialy how fast i always receive my orders. Always had great luck with them. Thats why I am so surprise and disapointed now. I ordered a CT scope. It arived fast as usual. But the scope turets wouldent work. So i called Midway. Now normally most places will send a shipping label to your phone and the PO JUST SCANS the screen shot! But she said because i have no printer. I had to pay shipping and reimbursed it later. So that day i did that. It took 2 days for it to get there. The shipping cost me over 17 $. I was reimbursed a little over 11. And now found out it would not be here untill the 16th.I originally ordered on the 1st and received on the 4th. So why dose it take so long this time especially when it's replacement for a defective scope. You would think thay would get it to you at least in the time it took the first time. CT asked for a review and I told them about defective scope. They were awsome they sent me a bunch of Goody's to lesson the sting. And got the stuff to my mail box in 2 days. If i order another CT, It will be to them directly! I dont know why this return is such a problem. Im really on the fence about anymore orders from midway because I don't want to go through anymore hassles if something needs replaced like this! Sad because I alway made midway my go two!

They were great, not the cheapest but fast shipping until now. They are using the usps which is terrible with no way to track. Avoid and order from other places.

I ordered I ordered an AR-10 upper and did not receive what I wanted it was terribly packed and from what I've read and reviews I was lucky to even get anything

They shipped the order to the wrong address (they had one digit of the house number incorrect) and wound't take the time to call the local UPS hub to change the address. They said they would take care of it and what that meant that they would re-ship when they received the order back. I received the order 3 weeks later.

Wow, I have been using Midway for years and problems to date have been with their contracted shipper UPS. Recently I ordered a "Blemished" leather holster from them and paid extra shipping to expedite. Of course going UPS it arrived 10 days later, 3 days late. What I got was an improperly manufactured holster. Not blemished, but defective. The snaps were misaligned and would not fasten. I had only ordered the blemished holster because new ones were on back-order and I was in a hurry. When I contacted customer service I got a "too bad", return it and we'll issue a refund. I told them I wanted a replacement holster. They had gotten in new ones by now and they said I could reorder one at the higher price. A $7.00 difference. I told them after waiting 10 days and now having to order and wait another 10 days for a new one they could waive the $7.00 and get it to me. You would have thought I had asked for a million dollars. Not no but hell no. They weren't concerned about customer service or satisfaction. Only that $7.00. I spoke with a supervisor who was just as apathetic. Here's a suggestion for Midway. Since your customer service reps do not have the autonomy to do anything, just print your policy online and let them all go. Rather than pretend to care by having them. I'm sure you could make up $7.00 pretty quickly.
