“Gosh....21 days. I think Millets have achieved the official record for the longest refund in history. And I won't be glossed over because of COVID because I am a senior person in retail knowing how customer service, supply chain, factories and accounts work. Millets are taking HUGE advantage of the pandemic. Very sad since I ordered the next size up on the coat so they still make money from me (I returned the 8 and got a 10).

“the staff in the store in Rugby are very nice, I was trying to buy a pair of merrells online ,i tried 3 times each time paid and the next day had an email saying out of stock ,even tho they were showing as instock whhen I purchased them -on the final pair i rang to be told yet agaoin no stock and they would refund, i then had an email saying your shoes are in at Rugby -baffling !!”
