“Easy to order and quickly and safely received. Its probably too early to tell whether they are having a positive effect but so far so good. They haven't upset my system which is always a good sign when trying new products”

HI Natasha, glad you are happy with our service and your purchase. Please do call in or email about dosing if you need support. But in a nutshell, start on a small dose and do that consistently for at least a week before stepping up drop by drop incrementally, that way you find the exact right amount for you without using too much and wasting it. “I am really seeing the benefits of lions mane mushroom. In fact it was almost instant. More energy and I am sleeping so much better which I was desperate for. “After months of researching I decided to try the blended mushroom capsules in the hope of reducing my anxiety and pretty much daily panic attacks. I had some fab advice from Donal on the website chat function and purchased my first bottle. I've been taking them for around 2 weeks now and can say they are amazing! Perhaps coupled with some drops you could find more benefit? I find the balm very useful considering it is 300mg for the whole pot so do continue use daily to see if you can gain more. Best wishes - Roxanne

“Hi Donal & Nick I would like to say a big thank you for literally saving my life! I have suffered from panic attacks and severe anxiety for many years. Sometimes it eases off but more often than not it has been with me daily. I was on the verge of going to the doctor to seek medical help as my panic attacks were off the Richter scale, but thought I would give one last try of alternative medicine. After many hours of research, I decided to give Mindful Extracts a go.
