“This product has literally changed my life. I've been an insomniac for over 10 years, routinely going through phases of weeks at a time where I only get 2 to 3 hours of sleep per night. I'd tried everything, sleepy teas, yoga, hot showers, coating myself in lavender and nothing made any difference. I tried the 5% oil last March and within one week of starting it I was falling asleep within an hour. This is underheard of for me. Since then I've had no prolonged periods of insomnia, just the odd night here and there. I also have anxiety and this has helped reduce my anxiety levels when I've been close to having panic attacks. I wouldn't be without it now. Customer service has also been brilliant when I had an issue with payment.”

Hi Anni, some people do find it unpleasant, my tip is to pop a few vanilla essence drops into the bottle to take the edge off and add some sweetness. Glad it's helping you sleep though, that's the main thing! :)

“I was really impressed with the whole ethos and transparency of mindful extracts as a company and the fact that they seem to be a company really invested with the quality and results of their products! I love the balm and have found it very effective for pulls and strains when exercising! It also makes me feel quite relaxed when I put it on!!
