Hi Anni, some people do find it unpleasant, my tip is to pop a few vanilla essence drops into the bottle to take the edge off and add some sweetness. Glad it's helping you sleep though, that's the main thing! :)

“I was really impressed with the whole ethos and transparency of mindful extracts as a company and the fact that they seem to be a company really invested with the quality and results of their products! I love the balm and have found it very effective for pulls and strains when exercising! It also makes me feel quite relaxed when I put it on!! Very happy with my purchase and hope to be purchasing more from mindful extracts again! 🥳”

HI Natasha, glad you are happy with our service and your purchase. Please do call in or email about dosing if you need support. But in a nutshell, start on a small dose and do that consistently for at least a week before stepping up drop by drop incrementally, that way you find the exact right amount for you without using too much and wasting it. “I am really seeing the benefits of lions mane mushroom. In fact it was almost instant. More energy and I am sleeping so much better which I was desperate for.
