“I have only been using these products for three weeks. I am taking the CBD oil to help me get off to sleep as I have a busy mind and sometimes find it difficult to drift off. I have been getting off to sleep reasonably quickly so think that it may be having an effect. I am using the balm to try and ease pain in my foot, specifically osteoarthritis in the joint below my big toe. Again I think there may be a slight improvement but maybe I'm expecting too much. I must thank the staff at Mindful Extracts as they have been great with advice regarding Ashwaghanda which I've been taking for a while. They've been very helpful. I will continue to use these products and hopefully they will continue to improve my situation.”

“It's only been a few weeks since I started using my CBD oil. I purchased it as I have been suffering with anxiety and sleeping issues for quite a while but these symptoms have hightened since being peri menopausal. I have noticed a difference in my sleep and can honestly say that being able to get the rest I needed has helped my mental well being. I take a few drops morning and night and it's doing what it's supposed to for me at the moment, I'm really pleased my colleague recommended the website to me. All information was clear and thourough, and I liked that if I did have questions, I could have reached out to the team for support.”

“My daughter and myself are taking the supplement, Lions Mane, to see if there is any change in our symptoms. Its only been a week so far. In the first three days we both said we felt clearer in our heads and more focused. After that we both had very low mindsets. I feel on a more even keel keel again but my daughter is struggling though getting herself out and about dealing with her day. Near the end of the course of capsules I'm going to stop taking to see if there is a marked difference. If I reorder then the answer will be proved for me.”

“Im not going to lie, I was sceptical about the benefits of CBD oil. I have anxiety and other problems including neurogenic rosacea (my face turns red and sore with heat, stress and sunlight) and I have tried many treatments for both with variable success. However, I feel since taking the CBD oil my overall anxiety has reduced and I can think straight without feeling overwhelmed and this is with 3 drops twice day so total of 15mg in 24hrs. I am hoping to increase this as time goes. Ive also noticed my rosacea isnt as bad but this could be more down to the reduction in anxiety and stress. As a medical professional, I am surprised by the results in such a short time. I will be continuing for now and they offer 25% NHS discount, which is a bonus. Well done in creating a product that actually makes a difference.”

“Could not recommend CBD, and this one especially, enough. I have struggled with anxiety for years and I can't tell you what a difference taking this has made - my only regret is that I didn't think to try it sooner. Beautiful sustainable packaging to top it off.”

“Very doubtful when I purchased. I suffer from migraines and since Covid a lot of anxiety especially in crowded spaces. I can honestly say it does make a difference. It’s only been a couple of weeks and I will continue to use on a need basis. Excellent website and service”

Thanks for your lovely comments Mary. Sometimes it can be more effective to use a very small dose consistently for long term effects - even 1 or 2 drops a day as opposed to as and when - but everybody is different and just glad to know it has provided benefits :)

“I do feel more relaxed when I take the CBD and my wife says I look happier when I have taken a few drops of CBD. I have tried vaping with CBD juice from a different website but it was no good ( it didn't affect me)”

“Suffering from spinal stenosis, I am among many that have no option but to suffer nerve pain in a lower limb 24/7. We try anything and everything we read or hear about in the hope of even minor relief from the intense pain, I read of CBD oil in a magazine, and thought it could possibly ease my suffering, whilst the level of physical pain relief is not as high as I had hoped, it is proving beneficial in increasing both the quality and length of sleep I get of a night, which, in itself makes the pain more tolerable.”
