“am taking it for aching muscles /joints no change at present but will continue . It does seem to give me longer periods of sleep though!”

“Not suitable for me gave me diarrhoea so had to stop taking it.I was very disappointed after reading all the reviews I was looking forward to a good night's sleep.”

Hi Ann, so sorry to learn you had an upset stomach. CBD oil is very potent, and of course most obviously an oil cold pressed from plant matter - which can a bit too rich for some. Best advice is to take after a meal so the stomach isn't empty. It's also important to check contra-indications with any other medicines or supplements as this can also be the source of unwanted side effects. Although we don't supply them, perhaps you could try CBD patches to help with sleep so no need for sublingual use. Best wishes :)
